“My experience with Dr. Hill was nothing short of amazingly fantastic. I am not from here but was ordered to have several tests ran for an upcoming operation back home. I had no idea where to go or who to see. With ONE phone call to Dr. Hill’s LAB DOCTOR I was on the path to get all testing completed at his location as well as another one, which his staff set up for me while Dr. Hill was taking care of the other testing at the same time. What would have been a long miserable day turned into a couple of hours of pleasant lab work which culminated in everything being taken care of in a manner which allowed me to still spend several hours with my family at the beach!!! As if that wasn’t enough, Dr. Hill also discovered an issue with my medicine and he fixed it immediately!!! “Companies with heart and integrity are hard to find, especially in the medical world. Unilab is such a company. Their bloodwork was always thorough and on time. If there is ever an issue, they resolve it.

What triggered this review specifically was the customer service I received from Eila over a billing issue. We had a billing issue and she not only showed how she cared, but she went out of her way to get our problem (caused by our doctor’s office by the way, not Unilab) resolved beyond our expectation. Once she called me back, she informed me that she went all the way to the CEO to resolve the issue. This was unexpected and she was able to completely resolve our issue. She is an example of how all employees of companies should be. People like Eila make the world a better place. Unilab superiors also consider the person and circumstances, rather than putting policy first. “Being an individual that has been diagnosed with extreme anemia I am a familiar face at quest laboratories however I have never experienced one so customer oriented friendly employees having a sense of urgency, compassion, all with having these smiles on their face bravo to you in today’s society that is unheard of. If you have small veins Like I do And we know how painful this experience can be asked for Valerie I will request her every time I get blood work done.
