“This AHF location is great. They have been my provider from the first time I moved to South Florida. Dr. Darren Thornton is the best! I only see him because he makes each visit so comfortable and quick. They also have a food bank at this location but I’ve never stopped in. The pharmacy is also here so you go home with your medications on the same visit. They are a great place also if you’re looking for additional resources.”

“One of my Doctors uses this lab for stat results and so I indirectly became a customer of theirs. They are professional, accommodating, friendly, efficient, etc. Of course with anything involving insurance, it takes time for accounts to settle and whatnot. Unilab was more than accommodating and extremely responsive while working out the insurance payments for the labs.
They send you easy to understand invoices that explain pricing and costs.
When you call the number on the invoice, a live person answers right away and you don’t have to jump through hoops to get the right person. I had a very nice experience with them and I recommend!”

“This location may have had a poor reputation in the past, but that's exactly where it belongs—in the past. They've made a noticeable turnaround and now provide the level of service patients expect from their lab provider.

The facility is consistently clean, and the phlebotomists greet patients with a friendly smile and a warm hello. What impressed me most is how they handle difficult blood draws. If you have rolling veins or are simply a hard stick, the technician doesn't keep poking until they get lucky. Instead, if they feel they can't safely obtain the sample without risking a blown vein, they'll bring in a more experienced phlebotomist to assist. That patient-first approach speaks volumes about their professionalism and concern for your comfort.

“Being an individual that has been diagnosed with extreme anemia I am a familiar face at quest laboratories however I have never experienced one so customer oriented friendly employees having a sense of urgency, compassion, all with having these smiles on their face bravo to you in today’s society that is unheard of. If you have small veins Like I do And we know how painful this experience can be asked for Valerie I will request her every time I get blood work done. She was done quicker and I could blank and made me laugh and she’ll let ease the whole time. She is an asset to that company you rock girlfriend.
