I want to start this post by saying that I'm not someone who typically shares personal experiences on business sites. However, today, I felt a compelling urge to do so because if my story can help even one person, it's absolutely worth it.First and foremost, my A1C levels are back to normal, and my blood pressure is where it should be. The best part? I'm no longer relying on any medications! Those initial worries about side effects during the first two weeks turned out to be minor inconveniences, nothing compared to what I had anticipated.But this journey is about more than just numbers on a scale. Even though I've lost nearly 20 pounds and am steadily approaching my goal weight, these physical improvements are incredible, but there's a mental and emotional shift happening too. My energy levels are up, and my mind feels sharper than ever. It's not just about physical health; it's about overall well-being.I can now proudly say that I'm fitting into my clothes again, and I no longer feel the need to hide in the background in pictures. That boost in confidence has been a game-changer for me.During the holiday season, a time when indulgence is often the norm, I continued to lose weight and didn't feel like I was missing out. Method Health's approach to nutrition and well-being allowed me to enjoy the festivities without compromising my progress. Not only am I able to eat healthy foods, but I can also still enjoy what I like. What's even more impressive is her dedication to research and sending me informative videos to help me understand every aspect of my health journey. She's not just my nurse; she's my partner in this transformative experience.What I love most about Method Health is the unwavering support they provide. I never feel alone in this journey, even though I'm miles away in Maryland. They've seamlessly integrated their care to make me feel like I'm right there in their office. It's like having a dedicated team of health allies in my corner, no matter where I am.Some people have told me that semaglutide is "cheating". Well, if it's cheating, then it's cheating my old habits and my daily struggles with food. I've been coming here for BW and to have health evaluations, etc, for approximately a year now. I'm trying new things and just working with my health. I enjoy the PA a lot, Lori. She is so knowledgeable and has really taught me a lot about what has been going on with my labs. She fixed my thyroid and added cytomel to my levothyroxine that I really needed, and I have been feeling so much better for months now. I just had a US today and am waiting on the results. The girls are terrific in the office and very thoughtful and thorough with texts and follow-ups. I recommended my girlfriend to try them out so she just had BW done.

I may have overlooked Method as a "vanity health" provider had I not received a glowing recommendation from a friend who knew I was dealing with serious health issues. Thank goodness I took her referral seriously and you should take this referral seriously. I went through 3 hormone specialists, 2 primaries and 2 endocrinologists before Dr. Jakes and his staff at Method Health finally understood my ailments and set me on the road to wellness after years of uncertainty and feeling out of control. Method Health is in a class of patient care in a class all by itself, second to none. The attention to patient needs is so detailed, you will lament over how long you have been accepting so called "care" without the benefit of improving from other providers. Dr. Jakes' understanding of the body's complex systems and inter-connectivity will make you wish you had paid more attention in AP Chemistry. He's very good at identifying solutions that are not a one size fits all approach, quite conversely his treatment plans are very tailored. And Dr. Jakes is just the beginning. The amazing, attentive staff and beautiful, squeaky clean facility make you feel welcome and relaxed. Now that my major problems are resolved, I continue to engage Method Health for all of my health needs and will continue to do so. If you're tired of conventional medicine having you chase your tail, Method Health is the answer.

If you need IV fluids of any kind or B12 injections this place is absolutely AMAZING! I underwent a procedure on my stomach and was having a hard time keeping fluids down and was really dehydrated so my doctor recommended finding a place to get IV fluids when I came across Method Health.The staff was very friendly and welcoming I was able to call and get an appointment for IV fluids within the hour and had no wait time when I got there. The facility is super clean and modern and feels more like a day at the spa than anything else.The staff led me into a private room with two huge leather recliners that were super comfortable and started me on IV fluids. The room has a tv for watching Netflix and relaxing while you get your fluids and they come and check up on you and make sure your comfortable and feeling well. I've never received such service getting IV fluids it was great!They have a menu and do everything from regular IV fluids (like I was receiving) to IV fluids for hangovers and migraines and with B12 for extra energy and prices range depending on the service you receive. For a basic IV just to bring you back from dehydration cost $75 and they don't accept insurance.I had called Urgent Care in the morning and they made it impossible to come in for just IV fluids they wanted blood work done first and a referral and then to be examined by another doctor before getting the IV so this option was much quicker and so much more convenient than the hassle of dealing with Urgent Care especially when you are already so week from dehydration.Best $75 I spent it was relaxing and easy and in no time I was feeling much better! Highly recommend!

My 11 year old son has been battling debilitating lyme and mold disease for over 2.5 years. We have seeked the help of at least 30 doctors that could not figure out how to provide Bradey with any relief. I’m so excited to report that after the FIRST treatment with the incredible Dr Jakes and the AMAZING staff at Method Health, Bradey was feeling the BEST he had felt since becoming sick. His Energy levels were great and he felt such amazing mental clarity and just so good that he couldn’t wait to get his next treatment! A few more treatments later and he is doing remarkable! Its as if it’s a miracle but truly Dr. Jakes AND staff ARE THE miracle workers and we will be forever grateful for how much effort they put into my sweet boy to get him his life back! Bradey’s cognitive functions have majorly improved already and his overall mood is wonderful and his joy for life is back! He's no longer the boy that is laying in bed sick all day and this is only the beginning! He’s living life again for the first time since becoming sick and we are so excited to continue Bradey’s journey to healing with Method Health. I had the best experience visiting Method Health and after the visit I have greatly improved my quality of sleep/energy. The facility is extremely clean and relaxing. The staff was very friendly as well. 10/10 would recommend going to them versus other places.

I am 100% hooked on the IV’s here after being recommended by a friend. Their IV’s seem to have actual potency and aren’t “watered down” like other places I’ve been to. Feel so much better after each session!!

Wow, they’re so kind! The IV treatment they gave me was reinvigorating and helped me rehydrate and take on the day! It’s nice to have a local spot to drop into from time to time when I feel like I’m dragging! Can’t wait to do it again!
