The lady working there was super personable and nice got me in an out in about an hour, but added on a $35 wall plug because the phone did not come with one, but without telling me, just said it was part of taxes. check your receipts guys now it's 3-5 business days for the refund
**Update: the manager emailed me back for a little and then stopped before assisting me and did not help at all**

T-mobile need to fix their system. I've paid my phone bill for years. Never should I have to deal with simcard hackers for a whole 4years. I should be reimbursed for my lack of privacy. 55usd a month only to have people use my number for fraudulent activities.
