The worst customer experience I've ever encountered and I've worked in the restaurant business for 30 years. I have a Huawei phone and was told that they discontinued service and that towers were down. Then upon another call I was told to buy a new Sim card. No text message, no email was set to inform me of any changes. Unaccountable management at the very least.

If you are looking for MetroPCS it's not here anymore. A gentleman named Ali bought the store and it's now US Wireless and it is now listed as such on Google Maps. Go there, he's awesome!

Best phone experience I've ever had! Ali was very efficient and kind! Even gave us a cold bottle of water while we waited! Definitely recommend this place.

The young man who served us was very friendly. The problem we had was not resolved (it depended on a third party), but he guided us on how we should continue to solve the problem.

The guy that works in the store is a real fraud.
He doesn't return the correct change and charges way too much for everything.
The worst part is that he does it with a scammer's smile on his face.
Shame on you.

Had to pay my bill at this location twice recently because Metro app wasn't able to process payments. Both times the rep on duty was friendly and totally professional. Gave me the same quality of service that he gave customers purchasing plans & phones. Second time he suggested I sign up for auto pay, so I wouldn't have to be inconvenienced if this happens again. Hate auto pay, but it made sense. I really appreciated the excellent customer service

No wonder there are no reviews.He was rude, unhelpful and wanted money.Wouldnt even try to fix my problem.Definitely not an American.
