"I recently visited the Metro store on Marina Mile and 24th St and had an amazing experience! The staff, particularly a young man with black hair was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and made me feel valued as a customer. They took the time to understand my needs and provided excellent solutions. All my needs were serviced as I would have serviced someone if it was me working ! I highly recommend this location for anyone seeking top-notch customer service."

If I could 0, I would. I went with my dad because he needed some help transferring his contact from his old phone to his new one. The clerk that is working there right now told him that needed to leave and refused service and treated him extremely disrespectful. No going back to this place and moving my dad to another company that is no way to treat elderly people. Please when you hire people make sure that they understand the basic of customer service. Terrible experience.

If could give 0 stars to this place and the customer service! Anthon has the worst actitud and he did all wrong his job. I specifically open an account for my business and for billing address purpose. He just open an account with random address! And when I asked for the print out of the receipt he said “I’m not allow to print out” so I went to the main address of their office that he actually provide and they print out the receipt with wrong billing address and guess what ? They said it can not be change! To change it I need to open a new account and pay more !?I mean opening an account it’s a simple task. It should give me a headache!

Tried buying new sim. Failed to work on phone, charged unreasonable amount with refund. Went to a place on south beach, they found a sim that worked, charged me far less and took effort to find one that works on my phone.

If I can give them 0 I would. YULISS WAS VERY DISHONEST AND HER CO-WORKER!! A YOUNG MAN WITH SHORT HAIR AND FAKE SMILES!! SHE ALSO SMURKED WHEN I CALLED HER OUT ABOUT HER DISHONESTY. VERY SHADY!
