If you are transferring your number to another phone or trying to get service on your own phone.Do not pay until you have service and it's working properly.They don't like to refund your money.My son has an iPhone and they charged him $105 to activate and the first month.It wasn't able to connect to network.This happened after he paid.They wanted to keep the activation fee.I told them no and refund his money because they did absolutely nothing.Not even a receipt.So they end up keeping 15$They gave him 90$ back.I was there Friday and I end up loosing my old number because the new phone I bought wouldn't connect my old number.I asked for my money back and they said no refund.I had to get a new number so I wouldn't lose my money.The only Metro Store that deals with me the right honest way is the one in the Coral Ridge Mall.I dealt with them for years and they don't take your money until after your phone is activated.

Herman is the man! I lost my phone in an airport while experiencing a traveling nightmare during the recent storm. He assisted in getting a new phone set up and reconnected after the store had closed. Thank you!
