The absolute worst experience ever and highly recommend to avoid this business. The only girl working there sold me a new phone because she said mine was broken. The "new" phone had the same issue. I tried returning the phone an hour later and was told it can't be returned. The girl said "I didn't put a gun to your head and make you buy the phone." I went to the store multiple times with the promise that I would get a refund for the phone i didn't really need. I have since given up and am talking to the company directly and filing a complaint. Save yourself the aggravation and stay clear of this scammer!

Lina was amazing. When Store was full of customers she was able to get them all out and be attentive to everyone in a timely manner. I’ll be returning just for her.

I when to buy a phone and Yajaira toke care of me she’s very helpful and profesional the place looks very nice and clean it smells good as well I highly recommend this place to everyone and when you go ask for yajaira she’s the best.

Today 11-26-2023I wanted to pay my service and when I try to pay the employee said he didn't have change I had to go to the gas station for change and when I got back he didn't accept my payment based in a comment I said ....he made me drive 7 miles to a next store horrible experience..

Good Evening !! I’m a metro by T-mobile customer for about 10 years and I wanted to leave this review for my helper today at this location in Davie Close to the Las carnitas Restaurant she had her name in her Tag I think it was Yahaira she new in this store she said and I came here with problems on my phone and she actually fixed my phone I wanted to thank her for her customer service also I like to recommend this store to everyone ! Visit and ask for her thank you .
