Every time I come to the store is never open the lights on. There’s nobody there in the doors locked I don’t get it time says it’s open from 9 to 8. But there’s never anybody here. This is my third time I get the same result where are they going out to lunch all day, it’s not even 1130 yet last time they were gone all day

If you want to be scammed, come here. Think twice if you think you’re getting a good deal from a “nice” manager.Make sure you get a receipt otherwise you might be getting 4 tablets associated to your lines that you don’t know about.

Do NOT GO TO THIS STORE. The "manager" Shawn scammed and fraudes us. He opened 4 tablet lines on our account and stole tablets under our account. We haven't fully uncovered the full extent of the fraud at this time. The phone he sold us may have been stolen and/or used because it wasn't in the correct packaging nor did it have the stickers on it. He had full access to our personal information. The store has a fort Lauderdale business license but the company was deemed inactive by the state of Florida. I don't even know how they are still listed as a Metro provider. While waiting for the "owner" we witness him and other people doing drugs and drinking in the parking lot while random people were entering and exiting the store while no one was even in it. In addition to fraud there was definitely some other type of illegal activity happening WITHIN the store!!! This completely ruined our Christmas and I'm sick to my stomach.

Don't ever go to the Metro PCS store located at 949 West Commercial Blvd. The employee, Sean at this store put two tablets under my account. Resulting in my account to being suspended and an immediate payment due. I called customer service Metro PCS. They did all they could, but said I needed to go back to the store so that Sean could remove the additional tablet that was added. The employee was higher than high on some kind of mind altering substance. Would not listen to me or the customer service agent on the phone. Sean was so high that a customer came into the store to pay his bill. That Sean put it on my account. I still have a tablet associated with my account, that isn't mine. All I did was go into the store to buy a replacement tablet for the tablet I broke. Ended up with my bill being higher than it was before, and with a tablet that's associated with my account that I don't even own. The manager on the phone must be an addict also. Cause she cosigned on what the employee did and wasn't even in the store. Nor did she try to rectify the situation.

The young man named Sean or Shawn was very helpful and knowledgeable about my situation. He help me and I am very satisfied. He explained the process to help me understand. His customer care was outstanding. His position should be upgraded to Tech Support Supervisor or Special Trainer for the company!! I can’t say enough about his professionalism and patience in helping me. Top rate employee!

I paid 380$ for an galaxy a14 5g and didn't gave a recive of that purshe the guy who working I think he took the rest of the money because he doesn't had change at the time i gonna switch to Verizon anyways just avoid the store

Had a very good experience and I forget the gentleman's name, but he was fantastic!! Don't go to the kiosk in coral ridge mall!! They were rude and didn't want to do their jobs!! I definitely 100% recommend this store!!

Just stepped out of this location 3:45pm. There was a young black woman, very rude and disrespectful. She said she was the manager and didn't want to provide her name. I asked her to give me a charger compatible with my phone model.She just wanted to give me any charger that could have damaged my phone. She refused to find the phone model, and told me all kinds of disrespectful things as I was leaving. She began to follow me and my son in a threatening manner. I have never seen a customer representative behave like that before. A person like that should never be allowed to work with the public.I'm sure she just wanted me to buy a new phone. Disgustingly rude and disrespectful.
