Nasty cashier. Only 1 person. Everything self check out. Nasty cashier on her cell phone, could be bothered . Credit card is self check out apparently. Items wouldnt scan, she was upset with me because wrong screen. I wasn’t trained in self checkout, so I made a mistake. Nasty, woman. Then on bottom of my receipt it says “ Now Hiring “! For what??? Need to hire better employees are rude and lazy
The manager is the reason. She approves this bad behavior. In fact she is 2 faced. And gossips about people.
She blames the fact that they are always so on inventory. And always a mess and disorganized. On the employees being to busy to provide customer service and help to clients. What exactly are you stocking. As far as I saw she was just walking around gossiping.
I see these kind of people are lazy and don’t want to do work. And get paid to be told what to do. If she did her job maybe o wouldn’t have to bother her to help if the product was where it belonged.
I will be reaching out to corporate about this
Ladies and gentlemen you will have no more job by the end of 5 years period!
If the manager did her job instead of gossiping and making friends she would make sure her employee wasn’t texting instead of helping a customer

Store is busy and perhaps I came when it was inventory day, but I walked past 3 employees before one helped. At least he pointed me in the right direction. I was looking for a variety of options for adhesive numbers. There were definitely various colors and styles.

They need to take a course on how to manage and run this place. They have three self check out lines and one person running the registered to help with returns. I had to return something and was waiting in line, and this woman purchased a Christmas tree, so the woman running the registered walked her out to load it in her car that was parked way out in the parking lot instead of calling another associate to help upfront or to help the woman with the tree. Then there was another occasion where i had to return something for my boyfriend, and i had the item plus the receipt, but yet they said i needed his card. Like how old is the system lol. Any other place you take something you back with a receipt they say ok it will go back on the same card you originally used. This place is so disorganized! I can't stand going into this place!

“I recently visited Michael’s and had one of the worst customer service experiences. The staff seemed uninterested in helping, moving at a frustratingly slow pace, even though there weren’t many customers. When I asked a simple question about an item, I was met with rude responses and an overall dismissive attitude. Instead of feeling like a valued customer, I felt like I was bothering them. It was disappointing and made what should have been a quick and easy shopping experience unnecessarily difficult.”

The employees are very helpful, but the self check out just kinda sucks to be honest. If I wanted to check myself out I would have ordered online.

Great selection of jigsaw puzzles! Many of the shelves looked like they needed restocked & had to wait a good while for assistance with something, but they were clearly understaffed, as many retail stores are right now.

I can’t believe I haven’t rated this Michaels yet. They have the best sales, good quality products, this is the first place I go for any holiday decor and even house decor lately.
The yard selection is always great and I’ve had framing done here that I’m happy with

Customer service from the front was great. The cashier greeted us as we walked in. She asked if we needed help and if we found everything we needed. The store was clean with a fresh smell. Overall it was a great day!
