I came in because I was having chest tightness and wheezing. I’ve been sick about a week taking medication and it just wasn’t working. I left work at the hospital and came straight here knowing what I need. They basically told me they were not concerned and going on lunch. I’m a registered nurse so to me this is not safe nor good patient care. I know what it’s like to work and want to take lunch but respiratory issues at #1 concerns for patients and to be told that “we have lunch” with no regard was very surprising to me. I joined the waitlist and this could have taken them 10 minutes. I just hate it when people don’t truly do their job for the correct reasons.

DO NOT GO HEREThey billed my insurance company for 5 surgeries to try and collect more money. 5 surgeries? The most surgical procedure done was taking my temp. This is MEDICAL FRAUD! I will report them to the BBB. Save yourself the headache over this so-called convenience they provide.

I had a great experience here. The wait was less than 5 minutes, the NP and the Nurse were very thorough and even called me to followed up two days later. I had to have a shot and it was painless. The place was very clean, even the restroom. And even the Pharmacy was fast with my prescription knowing that I was waiting. I will definitely come here again.

Wouldn't let me leave less than 0 stars! Followup HORRENDOUS! I had a follow up question for a chronic condition and was told they'd callby COB. The next day and they said that wasnt there policy, callback withing 24 hours. Called back 2 days later, they were too busy. Got a call from someone who wasnt aware and could care less. They have lost my business, moved to Walgreens for my meds

Discrimination very unprofessional, I had a appointment for a physical and the lady who’s name started with a M refuse to do it because it was for a job. If you don’t agree with my job just say that’s the reason don’t try and say you don’t provide physicals..

7-8-22 12:40 appointment Went yesterday to this location for my second Shingle shot. I had an appointment in Davie where I had my first shot but it was canceled same day. That left me scrambling to find a place. I thought this place would be good as it is the closest to my home. This is why it deserves the overall 2 star rating same as they currently have from Yelp. 1. Even though you are in their system you have to enter all your information all over again. This includes payment details. Which makes me wonder what did you do with my personal information the first time? 2. They do not take you on time of your scheduled appointment. Are you kidding me it is early in the day! 3. The person I met with was unable to successfully give me Ibuprofen prescription that I got the first time as believe me you will be in pain. 4. Will I return only if hell froze over. With the incompetence of South Florida and my bad luck my insurance includes CVS. I could likely end up here as I have no control. Perhaps another location will be more competent like Davie the first time.

Staff is rude and incompetent but what else can you expect from a place where they're paid minimum wage and are miserable? Wouldn't walk in the door to buy water if I was dying of thirst.

I have been waiting for a week now on lab results that according to them it will take 48 hours now a representative just told me that they outsource their labs and they dont know when labs are ready that they can not read minds def not going back to these clinic EVER

Very unprofessional. I went there for quick medical care before traveling and was not treated. Judy is very careless in what she does. My Primary Care Physician said he's never heard of a patient being turned around when seeking medical care. I WOULD NOT recommend this clinic.

0 stars! All the reviews are right. There wasn't a single person waiting and they told me they were booked. They refused to see me. I was then ignored. Shut this place down immediately!

Absolutely horrible!! Went in for a physical with an appointment and told....and I quote, I'm not performing a physical so you can get on hormone replacement therapy.....wow!!!Quick to judge a person, NEVER will I EVER use the services here...I'm so offended.
