First: I want to say the NP who treated me, Ray, was excellent. The one star rating comes from the unethical billing processes that CVS uses after your visit. Both the CVS website and my insurance plan said that CVS minute clinic was in network. When I arrived and checked in, I paid the $20 copay which I believed was my total obligation out of pocket according to the automated kiosk I used to sign in. With flu like symptoms, I got a point of care flu and COVID test, and I was on my way. A month later, CVS sent a massive bill (not itemized) for over $400 to my insurance provider, who rejected the claim. Then, before I had a chance to appeal and file a grievance - CVS used my debit card information from the visit to deduct the money from my checking account with no warning or notification of any kind. So, my advice: do not go to CVS Minute Clinic, their billing practices are at the best shady, and at the worst fraudulent. You’re better off going to another urgent care.

Dr Ray, the nurse practitioner at the Minute Clinic is amazing! He took care of the old lady that I take care so well. Thank you Dr Ray. You are very nice!

Scheduled an appointment over the phone to be seen for an annual PAP that they confirmed they offer. Get to the clinic for my appt and the provider states they can’t offer that service because they require a nurse to be there which they apparently never have at this location. Provider refused to call the nearby office just to check if they can squeeze me in due to the inconvenience.

Pharmacy workers rude and lazy. The lady that took my call was insolent with zero customer service experience . My issue was that My card was charged twice and they told me I have to talk to my bank to sor it out, because in their system there is only one charge. I called the bank and they told me the pharmacy charged twice, and it is going to dispute the charges , but in the meantime the people from the pharmacy keep insisting that they only charged me once. I am changing this pharmacy which is a shame because is nice located and close to my home.

Out of town. Tried to be seen at clinic. Rude doc would not see us but said we could wait four hours. Terrible system. Tried to make appointment online but nothing would work and no one answered the phone. If from out of town - avoid here.

4/6/23 (Thursday) I arrived at the pharmacy at 5:10pm and went to drop off a insulin prescription. Pharmacy tech immediately tells me we are busy that won't be filled till tomorrow sometime. Told me to go to another location because they had more staffing on 1 federal! By the time she finish BSing me there was no line or anyone waiting. I did not want to argue with her and the pharmacist was standing right there over heard the conversation and did not say a word. This is a week day (Thursday) and it's 5:10pm and they close at 9 like the location she pond me off to which has "more staff". I will clarify this is not the regular young gentlemen pharmacist which is always great! If you are lazy and don't want to work and fill the script then say so. I did not want to argue with the teach because it wasn't worth my time but this review is. This might be one of the reasons why you are "short staff" because of your tech and prn pharmacist who doesn't care enough to correct the tech. People don't come into a pharmacy to drop off insulin and wait till sometime tomorrow. She also did it to another customer and told him to go to Publix. If I came in an hour before closing and there was a line I would understand. I went to the one on 1 federal and they did it in 20 mins and had a line. I told the tech the story and he said "we also close at 9 what does she mean she can't fill the script till tomorrow".

they placed an inkjet cartridge behind the wrong label with the correct one for color in front of it so I could not see the number, so i bought it, after he unlocked it, got it home and it was wrong. I took it back and the manager Jose Thomas refused to take it back, he said you picked it you are stuck with it. Called cvs after a long complaint i asked for my money back she said someone would "reach out to me" I want my money back and i think this guy is not management material, dont go there dont buy there, the lowest form of life runs this store and cvs apparently allows this idiot to make decisions. CVS does not care about making a mistake and not correcting it and they hire this fool to run a large store. tells you everything you need to know about CVS.

The pharmacist that answered the phone was incredibly passive aggressive.I waited on hold for 10 minutesI called to see if the pharmacy had the meds I need so that I can have my doctor call in the prescription. The medicine I take has a shortage across the country so every month I go thru this same exercise.Call- until I find a pharmacy that has itThen I tell my doctor where to call it inThe pharmicisf I spoke with was argumentative and said he would not tell me. How ridiculous! I just wanted to know if it was in inventory so I could get it called in. Did he think I was going to come in and steal it once I knew they had it? Was sad the point. He immediately started telling me he didn't want to argue . He was arguing when he said that .Seriously- he has issuesJust called 6 other cvs and they told me they didn't have it

At least the one on Sunrise Blvd has parking & a pharmacy. Access was easy. Service was adequate but l do not like using self check & it was the only option sometimes. Not helpful when l lost my pills in my luggage. All l needed was enough to get home. Calling my doctor was a waste of time. Still haven't heard from her.

This CVS located just west of the Galleria mall looks huge from the outside, but the inside felt a bit cramped and small to me.I was looking for some workout gloves for when I bike and I found one style for about $20.There's a minute clinic and self checkout registers...open 24 hours. Large parking lot.
