Amy was fantastic. I chose her based on her reviews and she delivered on everything I read. Not sure why others have had bad experiences as they were nothing but pleasant from the time I called for the appointment to the time I left the shop. Would definitely recommend them and use them again when I’m in the area.

I actually use to go to this salon. One day I was in the salon when I heard a woman complaining that she drove from Miami to do her nails and they told her that her tech was unavailable . She continued I called before I came to confirm my appointment and I was told Everything was okay. Her tech who was sitting in their back room said “I don’t want to do her nail I don’t like her” I was taken aback and puzzled. btw I had seen the same customer and tech in the salon together previously and they were laughing and chitchatting together. but it was not my business so I stayed out of it. A few weeks later the day of my appointment I got a call from the receptionist that my tech was unavailable and they didn’t know when she would be in. So a month later I called back to schedule an appointment i successfully booked an appointment everything was fine. Minutes before my appointments the receptionist called and said the tech was picking her kids up from school and was unavailable for the appointment. Sooo here is my analysis of the situation if you don’t want to do my nails that is fine but please don’t waste my time. You are not the only nail tech in Fort lauderdale. You might have some skills and you should have some ability to do do nails if you have been doing nails from Jesus was a boy, but you should have some professionalism also. Wasting your customers time is unprofessional and low budget. Btw that is how I got to “ Holi Nails”so every disappointment is for good..

Not happy at all.The worst dip nail job I've had. The salon seemed clean. I have extraordinarily thin nails. So I asked for the Dremel not to be used directly on the nail when taking off the old dip. That was not respected but she tried to be gentle.The woman who first worked on my nails was switched to another client and the new technician was awful. This man rushed through them. I showed him an area the dip missed on the side of one nail. Instead of filling in where the nail was he filed it down to an awkward angle, which of course is weird looking and will now need to grow out to correct itself. In addition 2 of my nails have lost its shine and they are all bumped up in the center looking like little pillows from the side. In addition at least 3 have colic going sloppily up the side of the nail. Finally, I’ve never finished a dip manicure without moisturizer being put on my hands. Not the case here.I’m shocked by their ratings to be honest. Will never go here again.

Wasn’t able to cut my nails shorter as I wished them. I hadn’t cut them in 10 days so there was definite time for it, and he looked at them wondering that I already did all the work. I asked him to cut them, he did a little, I asked him for more, he got afraid. In the end I did it myself. He was good in the nail polish work.No relaxation during foot spa, talking to you all time again and again after I showed and said that I am not interested in talking. On the top he wasn’t really focusing those moments and he cut too much skin off one of my toes (bleeding).Prices are good.

I have been going to this shop almost a year and the service was great until this week. My usual tech Nancy was not there and the owner told me she will be gone for a month, which seemed strange because I made the appointment before I left last time. I was given a men to do ma mani and pedi and as soon as I sat down he started telling me the owner is terrible and Nancy was fired. The mani started with the water being too hot and he said it was fine, I asked him to cool it done, which he finally did, and started the worst mani I have had! He kept talking telling me what a terrible condition my feet were in and he will need to fix them, weird because I go every 3 weeks.The manicure was terrible and he came back to the desk with 2 bags of purple stuff, I asked what is this and he said paraffin, I need this.I said Just want my nails buffed. He proceeded with this treatment and I had had enough of him talking about his father eating banana peels while in prison and it is now 2 hours later I said stop, just buff them. He pulled out an old buffer and tried to buff them, I asked him if he had a new one and he said this was fine. I told him I was done, went to the desk and he charged me $71! I told him I always pay $52 and he said my feet needed extra work and that the paraffin was $15. I didn't want the treatment, my nails look like I chewed them and he is going to charge me $71.The shop manager came over, said she was sorry and I paid the usually and she asked me to wait and she would have someone redo the manicure. I said no because by this time Tom the tech is complaining about me and I had already been there 2 hours!Tom the nail tech is terrible, sloppy and talks way too muchServices: Men's manicures

I called in the morning to inquire about pricing and scheduled an appointment the same day. I came in and was warmly greeted by the receptionist and was promptly seen by Kim who did a great job with my gel manicure. The salon is cozy and clean.Kim was friendly, fast, and did my nails came out beautifully. This salon is close to my apartment and the hours work with my schedule. I'll definitely be back.

I recently had an amazing experience at the nail salon. Initially I was not completely happy with the way my nails came out but after calling and discussing it with Seidel she advised me to come in and she’ll take care of me. She did! Her attention to detail and skillful approach left my nails looking flawless. The atmosphere was welcoming, and Seidel's friendly demeanor added to the overall positive experience. Horrible horrible service and I believe it if I was not Blk the owner would have render better customer service to me. On Saturday October 27, 2023 my daughter and I went into this business for pedi and full set. Not only did the man who was doing my feet took the whole time it took for my daughter’s pedi and gel full set he had to call two other techs over just to place the rhinestones on my feet. I left very unsatisfied but out of fear that people always look at us black peoples as anger and hostile I paid our $220 service with a smile plus I tipped. I went to my car pissed because this is not what a professional $60 gel pedicure is supposed to look. I called the nail shop on today because honestly I really care about how my feet looks and they look like they are weeks old. Over the phone I’m politely told to come in and they will redo the service. When I come inside I’m now dealing with Both the owner and his employee tunneled vision on my feet trying their best to look past their faults what they did wrong! After a whole 2 minutes of them pretending they don’t see the issue after I then begin to display a bit of irritation. The owner have the nerve to tell me that he will only polish 4 of my toes. I just walked out and left because this is the worst kind of customer service and I was a tipping customer. I own my own small business and if a customer comes to me with a issue with my service and showing me pictures and live proof. I will either render a full refund or redo the whole service, then I would speak with the employee who messed up my directly after I satisfied my customer. This is the biggest issues with these kind of people and their business models. They will take your money with a smile and treat you poorly. I should have never been treated this way. I will not suggest any woman that looks like me; BLK to ever step foot in this business. They only want your money. They don’t respect your time nor do they hold themselves professionally responsible and YES I was talking to the owner! We as a people in the beauty industry are way to talented and ambitious to give our money to places of business who don’t appreciate us. We need to build our own business and salons and shut places like this DOWN. This was very unacceptable
