“I originally went in for a slow leak in the tire and found out that the nail was in the sidewall. Therefore, I needed a new tire. I worked with Sam. He was able to get the tire the same day and have the tire installed that afternoon. he was very communicative through the whole process and extremely pleasant to work with Sam is the definition of customer service and Mavis is lucky to have him. !!!!”

I was getting ready to tow it all the way back home and come back another day—but instead, Laz went above and beyond. He personally moved several vehicles around just to make space and save us the extra hassle. That kind of customer service is rare these days. Super grateful for the help and the kindness. “I stopped into the shop to get air for my tire. The Manager offered to take care of it. Upon doing so he found a screw in my tire, which was causing me slow leak. In no time he had it repaired. And in that short period of time, he gained himself a new customer. Fast and and courteous, and one of the cleanest shops I’ve seen in town. “The Jiffy Lube team at this location are all very friendly, helpful and pleasant people. They ask lots of questions, provide plenty of details and overall they don’t push services onto their customers. The environment is relatively clean and free of debris.
My reason for giving 4 stars to this Jiffy Lube is due to my last experience with them on January 22, 2025. I drove my car to this Jiffy Lube for an oil change late in the afternoon. I had 23375 miles on my car at the time. They provided me with an oil change along with an air filter change. The experience at the time was quick, easy, and pleasant.
Fast forward to February 27, 2025 with only 24381 miles on my car. I noticed my car wasn’t driving right so I checked my oil in the evening. There seemed to be no oil in my car! The dip stick was dry and I checked it 4 times. That evening I added a little over 3 quarts of oil to my car which takes an approximately 5.7 quarts of oil in total. I had a Ford mechanic look over my car and they determined that Jiffy Lube added “bad oil” to my car. The Ford mechanic said that they found soot building up on the turbines leading them to the turbos consuming oil.
In conclusion, if you require a prompt oil change, I recommend visiting this establishment. However, it is imperative that you diligently monitor your oil levels daily, particularly if you own a Ford vehicle equipped with the EcoBoost technology.”
