John Beck is one of the most arrogant, self-centered people I have ever met in my life. Is attitude of indifference boggles the mind . I have never seen anyone throw a temper tantrum like a two year old like him before, for what it’s worth I would not take my business there.

Then threaten to call the police if I didn't leave his show room I highly recommend not using this man or his business.

Local Oakland Park place with kind, caring service. Dorna is a gem. The gentleman who suggested what I should do demonstrated the kind of customer service we all look for. They helped me find a repair place for a shade that I didn't buy there. Please check them out for all your window treatment needs.

I’m not one to leave reviews but the owner of this company John is by far the most unprofessional person I’ve ever dealt with in my entire life. This company will not stand by their work. If you’re looking for blinds or repair, I caution you to use them.

We had a complicated job with redoing our curtains DRY CLEANING CUTTING UNINSTALL AND INSTALL in our bedroom living room dining room and office, John the owner was amazing very fair price he was able to save the curtains that would have cost a fortune to replace, he also upgraded to all motorized remote, we are extremely happy with the results and very good prices.John the owner is tough honest and always keeps his word.Thank you To John the staff and Arnie the installer for all the patience and hard work.I honestly DO NOT THINK ANYONE ELSE COULD HAVE DOES THIS.Thank you

I cant believe the service I received from this place. They have two location so be aware of them. The owner John just told me that he hoped I choked!!!! Not only did they sold me a set of blinds for around 6k that were defectous but he got upset because I was disputing the service call that I had to have twice since they did not fix it correctly in less than 1 year of purchased. He also went to the extend to tell me he was going to make sure hunter Douglas would not grant me a guarantee on the product with any other retailer. He constantly told me to go ahead and cheat him out of the service call when I am the one got cheated with defectous product. DO NOT go there. On top of everything it took them 4 months to finally order new motors... The worst place I have ever experienced in my life....

What a pleasant surprise to find such an exceptional Hunter Douglas Rep and Service Center. The work done in repairs for my shades was fantastic. If you are looking to either furnish your home with exceptional shades or needing quick, responsive repairs, Open House Interiors is the place to go. John definitely provides outstanding service. On 9/24/18, my wife and I were looking for some sliding glass door treatments, to give us more privacy. We stopped by Open House Interiors and we met Ralph Arias. He showed us the Hunter Douglas Luminette Privacy Sheers, which have fabric vanes, and rotate for privacy, while controlling the light in a room. It is a very nice and unique concept. We would like to thank Ralph for selling us such a terrific product. The installers, Elias and Ramon, from their Hunter Douglas Gallery Service Center nearby, were terrific and our new Luminettes look amazing. So, stop in to Open House interiors for super Hunter Douglas products, along with excellent customer service. Thank you, Ralph, John, Juan, and Jim. You all have our utmost respect.

Just went in to try and order blinds. The salesman could not have been less helpful. He was abrasive and rude, didn’t seem to know anything about the shades, and kept blaming the organization of the store for not having a record of prior purchases.
