Never rent a U-Haul from this Pak Mail! Not only will they charge you $25 if the truck isn’t spotless, they didn’t even have the courtesy to call me back and explain after I called. When they didn’t call me back, I had to reach out to U-Haul directly. They told me because there was some dirt on the dolly that I didn’t even want, that’s why I was charged the cleaning fee. See the pictures. The whole truck is spotless except for this dolly I didn’t want. I couldn’t even move the dolly to clean it because I would have broken the seal and they would have charged me for the dolly!! This is the 2nd time this happened to me at this Pak Mail. BTW, look at the other reviews as well about this $25 cleaning fee.

Be careful. Wash the truck and sweep it out. If you leave dirt from your shoes they will charge you a $25 "cleaning fee"

My wheelchair-bound father needed a notary to sell his house in another state and overnight shipment of the closing papers. We originally planned to visit one of the 6 branches of a major bank within 5 miles of our home. "Our notary isn't in today" "Make an appointment" "You'll have to wait" "(ring, ring, hangup)" were the responses we received. I remembered that the Sheridan Pak Mail offered notary service. Service is the key word, and it was great. Sandra reviewed the documents carefully, asked a nice mail lady to be a witness, and came to the car so my father, weak from chemotherapy, didn't have to get out. She quickly processed the document and arranged overnight shipment. I got the impression she treats everyone like family.
