THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!!!! Best animal hospital ever!!! If I could give them more than 5 stars, I would!!! We weren’t home, but instead out of state traveling with the kids, when I got a call from a friend feeding my pups, that Abby, our chocolate lab, wasn’t looking well. She wasn’t walking on her own (her back legs were giving out), she was breathing heavy and was not her playful self. He picked her up (she’s really heavy) and put her in the back of his Jeep, and took her to the hospital. I had called when she was en route and they brought her right in to immediately begin treating her. Unfortunately, she was too sick and she wasn’t going to make it. It was 3 am at this point but I was able to FaceTime with her and speak to her and she recognized my voice and face. She was our first family dog and the one that the kids were most attached to. They were sleeping at the time but my heart was heavy at having to tell them the news in the morning. Through the hospital, we cremated Abby and even have her paw prints. As difficult as that whole process was, the doctor and team at the hospital were absolutely amazing!! At Abby’s time of need, they treated her as if she was theirs. THANK YOU!!!!!!

Thank you to Dr. Kiser and to Lindsey Montgomery for taking such good care and being more than helpful whenever we come in. I would hate to think of where we would be without these two!

Wilson is a maine coon and when fully grown will weight 20+lbs!... There is no way we cld have a 20lb+ tom cat spraying in the house! He has a heart murmur and vet after vet refused to even evaluate him for neutering because of his condition... THANK YOU Pet Emergency Center for taking the time to evaluate Wilson and ultimately perform this much needed procedure not only for the family's sanity but for Wilson's health!! It's been several months post-op he's growing like a weed and is as healthy as ever:-) thanks to Paige and her staff for taking such good care of him.... While neutering is not considered an emergency situation they cared enough to listen and help me with my predicament I highly recommend pet emergency center for their professionalism their empathy and their love of all animals

My dog was hit by a car last week and Pet Emergency Center took great care of her. They were very compassionate and reassuring she would be examined thoroughly. The Dr made me feel very secure that she would be ok and her injuries were just superficial. I am very grateful for their service.

A few weeks ago, I was visiting my friend's house and her dog Sophie accidentally got out and was running through the neighborhood and was clipped by a car, but thankfully not seriously injured. We called around to see where to take Sophie and were recommended Pet Emergency Center. The lady who answered the phone was so sweet and got Sophie in immediately. When we arrived, the staff gave us immediate care and compassion. The Vet ran tests to ensure there was no internal bleeding and guided my friend and her fiance meticulously on what to do to care for Sophie in the following few days. Sophie is now doing amazing! I would highly recommend Pet Emergency Center to all pet owners. They truly care!

We are immensely grateful to Pet Emergency Center and Dr. Kiser and his incredible team. On New Year's Eve Night, 3:50 am, Dr. Kiser and Dr.Lee saved my husky's life. Their dedication and expertise made a crucial difference, and I can't thank them enough for their timely and life-saving intervention.

My cat had an emergency one evening and I called in for help. Paige was so kind and guided and comforted me through some bad moments. We didn’t end up taking our kitty there that night but I couldn’t have made it through that difficult evening without her on the other end of the phone. We had taken the same kitty there a few times over the years and they are the best ! Thank you so much for everything you do for our loved pets.

HORRIBLE NEGLECT TO ANIMALS Pet Emergency Center let this poor innocent cat suffer for weeks. Sitting in her own urine with a UTI, a hernia, worms, impacted feces, and a prolapsed rectum. Please do not use this vet or practice EVER. My cat had to be put to sleep because of this practice and their neglect.

I'm a donor of a cat that was brought into this vet for care. When they arrived they were greeted by Lindsey who was incredibly rude. They were told she was doing great after spending 4 weeks there and over $5000 spent. The condition of the cat after being picked up was horrific. She was completely incontinent, had a prolapsed rectum, and reeked of urine and feces. She had a uti and an ear infection. It breaks my heart to know that she was sitting for weeks in a vets office in this condition. She was completely neglected by this hospital after being told she was in wonderful condition. She was brought to another reputable vet and ultimately had to be humanly euthanized. What this poor cat endured under the care of this vet is both heartbreaking and terrifying. No animal should have to endure such suffering from an establishment that's supposed to help and advocate for them.

Being with a pet rescue emergencies can happen at any time. Injured and sick animals are a sad norm but it is so nice to have an after hours place to go for treatment and evaluation. I have sadly had to make tough decisions on occasion but I cannot count the times that they have been lifesavers.I have also taken my personal pets there. Pets in pain can be a stress for a pet owner or foster but I know, if I have to wait, there is animal that is more in need.I am grateful that I have this option to take any and all animals under my care.

Needed emergency care for our dog on two occasions. The staff at Pet Emergency Center were kind, compassionate and very professional. They cared for Jax quickly and explained his treatment and need for follow up care. Highly recommend them and would not hesitate to visit them again.

I had a truly disappointing experience at the Pet Emergency Center. I rushed there with the hope that they would extend a helping hand, but the assistant at the front desk displayed a heartless attitude. It was evident that our dog's condition didn't even register with her. Instead of showing concern, she prioritized pushing us to sign paperwork and wouldn't even spare a glance at our distressed pet until we paid. Despite spending a significant amount of time and money, their lack of action was disheartening. I strongly advise against going to this facility. In addition to that, the hardest part was having to make the difficult decision to put our beloved pet down and leave him at the facility. While we were grieving and emotionally vulnerable, the assistant's behavior became even more callous. She showed a complete lack of empathy and seemed eager to rush us out of the facility. It was an incredibly distressing experience during an already painful time. I cannot stress enough how strongly I advise against going to this facility.
