Broke my phone. Called this place after hours and they answered. After exposing my story to them they said they would stay open for me and to come in. Took them 30 mins and I was back up and running and the they even repaired other issues I had with the phone. Absolutely must come here for any phone needs

I went in to purchase a Bluetooth speaker and I told him from the beginning at a hundred dollar budget. Apparently there's a pawnshop in there as well . They brought out the perfect speaker for me and then when I asked to test it it didn't power on because there was no power cord . After trying multiple ways to turn it on it went from $100 to $120 . One of my favorite hobbies is to go pawn shop hunting and I'm friends with multiple owners over the last 38 years in Florida. I have never met a woman that apparently runs the store had very little are absolutely nothing to say . If you want it by if you don't want it don't buy it so I walked out .

Whew so I accidentally put this voice talk on my phone for the blind I'm by accident and I couldn't get into my apps all day couldn't text make any phone calls nothing & I also wouldn't be able to clock into work I was stressing because I really didn't want to have to buy a new phone Ive been coming to pronto fix for years I went in and we tried everything to get the the voice talk off and couldn't but pronto fix did not stop until my phone was back to normal I'm truly grateful if you have any lab top or phone issues GO TO PRONTO FIX!!!! & WHEN THEY SAY PRONTO THEY MEAN IT I WAS OUT IN 20 MINUTES THANK YOU SO MUCH PRONTO FIX
