I love Publix. Growing up in Jacksonville Winn Dixi was the beef people and where we shopped. It went down hill with all the rest. Then in the 70's Publix showed up. It was a dream shop. It still is up there but they have cut back. The had swan cream puffs in the bakery for years. And you could order the best sour cream birthday cake in any design. The art was fabulous! Wish they would go back! But all and all clean nice store. The best!

I was happy this Publix had a parking lot. If you don't pay attention, you can totally miss the parking lot. The parking lot is FREE!!! It's not far from the beach, driving not walking!! It's a busy location because it's in the business area and the court house! If you're getting lunch, pack your PATIENCE!! I would strongly recommend ordering online!! It has space to eat there which is cool. It's a pretty BIG location. The staff were professional and friendly too.

Best Publix I've been in a while. It was super clean, stocked and customer service was great when I asked for help. I came in specifically for a last minute birthday cake and the girl behind the counter was so helpful and sweet. I will definitely shop here again.

This place is filthy. The parking garage and the stairs make not want to buy food here.

Called ahead to make sure they store was open with plenty of time before coming in. Said they closed at 9pm and I showed up at 6:30 to go to the deli for a sub. Asked for a chicken tender sub and the lady behind the counter told me "no chicken tender sub" in a very direct and non-helpful way. It was very clear there was chicken tenders in the hot box and in the prepared foods behind her but I guess she didn't want to make me one so she just told me no. Pretty unacceptable to be honest. Not at all what I would expect from Publix - especially one that is this nice.Went to customer service to speak to the deli manager but she was "unavailable". I don't know what is happening at this location but I will never burden myself by coming here again.

I drive 15 min to this Publix pharmacy because the pharmacists and techs actually treat me like a human being here (as opposed to the terrible Publix Pharmacy on Cordova Rd at the Harbour Shops.) They are always fast at refills and friendly here.

The best way to get a great. Whites clams, shrimp, stone crab and mozzarella cheese are the best. Thanks to the great. Thanks you, Dr. Jacqueline Sacco, MD Ph.D

Worst pharmacy ever . 20 minutes on hold trying to refill a prescription that was not filled even though I requested it online 3 days ago. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE EVERY SINGLE TIME. Better to have a baby than to have to call 9 times for my birth control. This place should be shut down. Lack of customer service and basic human ethics . Had to call 4 times to actually be connected to someone .

The worst Publix location I've been to and I've lived in Florida for eleven years. I agree with the last person's review. The entrance halls smell like urine, panhandlers loitering, tables in common areas are dirty, the deli is a mess and the produce isn't always fresh. Check the dates on your perishable items. Some people are nice however most have a attitude. Go to Publix in 17th and you'll notice a HUGE difference

Probably the worst Publix I have ever been to. The walk way in the entrance & stairs smells like piss. There are people sleeping everywhere. The parking garage smells like dead animals, there is garbage everywhere & the trash cans are over flowed. There are no forks, spoons or napkins near the soup station & it's just a mess. Publix!!! REALLY???

If you are in the downtown area, this Publix is an easy shopping stop. First of all, it has a nice covered parking garage so you can park in the shade, with no need of getting a ticket nor paying nor getting it validated. It's just very customer friendly. The store itself is very clean, bright and well stocked. As other Publix stores, the staff is very friendly, helpful and patient. I went for some items that were on sale and you can get some really nice deals on their BOGO and weekly specials. Just south of the riverwalk area, it's easy to get to by car, bus, or by walking.

I have always expected exceptional customer service when I come to Publix. Today when I arrived at the food counter to pick up some hot food for lunch I waited for over seven minutes and no one, I mean no one said that someone would be with you. At the time of this dictation I am still waiting. I might come out better going to McDonald's.

I like the store and most of the employees are super nice but the tall white guy behind the fish counter should probably watch what he says when talking crap about customers. He acts like he's the only one who knows about fish. I get it dude it's your job but make sure when you talk crap that the customer is not close by. Your voice is pretty loud and again, you're not the only one who's handled a damn fish.

There are 3 reasons why I come here. 1. They have a Starbucks that is located in the lobby area. 2. They have beachwear. I bought 2 tie-dyed dresses and wished that I bought all of the colors because they were freshly stocked the day I bought mine and when I went back, they were all gone. The picture shows a bunch of other choices, but I keep coming back to see if they would bring those dresses back. 3. What can I say? The Fried Chicken. No one makes fried chicken like Publix. This location has multiple..."today you are the cashier" registers and if you need to get in and out quick, you can check-out yourself. The staff is always friendly and when I ponder too long in an aisle, there is someone right on hand to ask if I need help. Parking is located either in the front of the store, but it is short term. There is also a parking garage that is conveniently located on top of the store.
