Walked into this location this morning while out for my morning walk looking for a snack, and found the item that I wanted to purchase, I went to self checkout to pay for my item. After I entered my perks club phone number I paid for my item using my Apple Pay from my phone, and I didn’t place it in a bag because it was one item. The self checkout clerk who was nearby chases after me and tells me that I didn’t pay for my item and that I needed to come back in and purchase my item because she didn’t see a receipt print out. I told her that I did pay for my item and that I don’t need to come back in a pay. I told her that my receipt doesn’t print out because it goes to my email and I showed her my receipt in my email. She didn’t even apologize for accusing me of stealing no remorse or anything.

Really nice place lots of food diversity. Deli is super terrific! Only issue i had is an employee with a smart elic remark to a question I had. I think she must be used to dealing with smart elic ppl. Other than that, a great place!

High prices everyday on your favorite items. Everytime I go in for something it's usually higher than the day before. Even my coffee that used to be 4.19 is now over 7 bucks. Corporate greed not inflation.

Our $800 electric scooter was stolen from my kids. They cut the bike lock.
Bought a new one went back to the same Publix and can you believe some other kids also got their scooter stolen with the bike lock cut
Employees were not helpful. Said they could not do anything about it and scooters are probably being stolen from other Publix. Don’t go to this one. Their prices suck anyways
Also saw the police in their parking lot multiple times just trouble at this place

At Publix, the customer experience is there: well-stocked shelves, fresh products and always welcoming staff. A real pleasure to do your shopping in a clean and organized environment!

Well stocked clean store.
But I went to the deli at twelve o'clock on a Thursday for a sub and there were no chicken tenders. Actually many of the hot foods were low and didn't look fresh. I asked if I could have the chicken cordon blue sub with tenders. ( If you think about it that's how it should be made or it's just a chicken ham and Swiss sub.)
And was told twenty minutes. I said I would wait, received a dirty look and was told to go stand off to the side.
I waited. Was pushed off to another person who ignored me five times and made me a chicken tender and Swiss cheese sub.
Still a Publix sub but bad attitudes horrible service horrible set up for a lunch rush the veggies looked like they had been sitting for a while and left with the wrong sub for twelve dollars. Worst experience in the many publx's I've been to in Florida and Georgia.. I would give less stars but the rest of the store looked nice

This publix has hired some really crappy people. I used to come here and it always felt like everyone was super respectful and professional but today I went to the deli and asked for some chicken and the lady there said to me do you see what your asking for there, and I said no but I usually ask for the fried chicken here and yall make it for me, she said to me too bad that's all we got and threw her hands up in the air and walked away laughing speaking some other language. I don't need to be treated that way I am a paying customer dont be so dang rude, then I went and grabbed some bread since I was there and went ro pay and the lady at self checkout was complaining cause and older lady needed help. Please hire people with customer service skills if not hire them for the back not customer facing. What a horrible experience.

Live nearby and come here every day. Like their sandwiches, deli and even pre-ordered cake🎂
Everyone is friendly and nice.
One thing that should be done better is to check “best before” dates and discard spoiled cheeses etc from fridges.
