I believe everyone that works at this place is completely desensitized with human feelings. Staff is extremely short and patient and I would even say rude. They go through patients like they are a number. There is no common courtesy no kindness. Everyone is serious. No one has a nice demeanor just horrible service. No Customer Service at all people go to do their labs cause they have to and it’s tough enough when they’re dealing with something with their health and then they have to deal with people not being pleasant. It’s really sad and unfortunate

If you don't have an appt and don't want to wait for 3 hours in a small overcrowded space, or lose your spot for waiting outside, don't even go . Very slow and inefficient process for walk ins.

I waited for 2 hours plus... was very patient because I was a walk in and I understand. But my name went from 1st to 2nd which the staff member said was impossible but I'm not stupid... then my name went from 2nd to not on the list..
I asked what happened and the nurse told me I had to be patient which I was. Then was incredibly rude to me no matter how hard I tried to be nice to her..
I'll go somewhere/ anywhere next time

I would give ZERO stars if I could. Doctor referred me to have my labs completed here for insurance purposes. I guess the doctors office didn’t fax over the order or it got lost along the way, so instead of politely explaining the situation to me, the nurse berated me. Saying “You can’t bypass a doctor visit to just get whatever labs you want”. Mind you, I reminded her multiple times I did in fact have a referral here from my doctor for labs. An entire print out page with the location and how to schedule. The lab order details are between my physician and the lab. If the lab order is lost in the system or needs to be provided again, that’s fine. I could have called my doc to have that faxed. But nope. She continued to berate me because she didn’t believe I saw a doctor in the first place!
I have major needle phobia and was already extremely anxious for this appointment walking in and that’s how I was greeted?
Absolutely ZERO chance I return since this is apparently an acceptable way for staff to treat patients.

I’m deeply disappointed by the treatment my friend received at this establishment. My friend has anxiety, and the staff member who assisted her was extremely rude and unprofessional. Not only was she dismissive, but she also yelled at my friend, which only made her anxiety worse. This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable. I would not recommend this place to anyone who is looking for compassionate and respectful service. Horrible people!!!

First off, MAKE an appointment. I was taken right away (8 people on line waiting for them to open), the checkin at the kiosk went smooth, and my technician, Denise was professional engaging and had no trouble finding a vein and the blood was drawn!

Very rude walk in customer was assisted during my appointment time. I was on early but forced to wait, even though I had an appointment, so that a walk-in client could be assisted. Since when are those that actually took the time to make an appointment not prioritized?

After reading the negative reviews for this location I was hesitant to keep my appointment. I arrived a few minutes early then checked in at the kiosk which was easy and straightforward. I was called on time to do my bloodwork and greeted by Denise who was professional and very nice. She did a smooth painless needle insertion ( no bruising) and drew several vials of blood for my tests. It was over so fast I was genuinely impressed with how well it went. Thanks Denise!

Felt abused I was jabed and bruised after the employee gave me an attitude they said I would bruise anyway after I requested a pediatric needle. I was very bruised after they jabed in a circle with vigor. They seemed very unhappy and had no compassion for the patient.
