This hotel is the worse I ever been in my whole life , bugs on the room , no room service at all, nothing works , the hallway smells bad , a lot loud ass people , kids screaming, dogs .. and they charge me 75$ for early check out , (this make no sense to me ) what scammers. I definitely not recommend. The staff are friendly at lease .

I was surprised to find a line at the check-in after 11pm. Roger at the front desk was polite and patient with me because I booked the room through a third party but was presented with a daily parking fee, deposit, and another fee for 25.99, which was u expected
Room had a funny smell upon entering.

It only gets 1 star because I can't give it a zero. Infested with cockroaches and they will charge you to stay there even after you had a cockroach walking on you. They are very much aware of the problem but don't see anything wrong with it. Also don't ask for a manager after 5. They won't call them at all so no one is in charge. Avoid this place at all costs. This place seriously needs to be shut down. DO NOT STAY HERE. I'm still fighting charges for the bank from this hotel. They agreed to give us a full refund then they took 2 more payments out the next day. I received the first payment back but still fighting to get the rest of my money back.

At any cost avoid. Shady Unsecure No amenities. Rooms empty no furniture nothing. I had to use garbage bucket as a fridge and iron desk as a table. Strange people pushing supermarket strollers inside hotel. No customer service. Microwave was stolen first night from hallway. Nothing works. Washroom in the lobby was broken with fecales all over. Please don’t even think to go there. And I’m not fassy person. Been in some places around the world. Army, oil rigs. But to see that in Florida USA. OMG

This seems to be a place where people who may not have other options go, IF YOU HAVE OTHER OPTIONS...RUN! The lobby is completely different from what you will get. One of the elevators seems to have been broken for quite some time, stinks mad like weed past the lobby and our door opened with the key card fine (this seems to be a problem for many others) but any pressure pushing on the door and it opened without a key card. So unsafe.
We did not feel even remotely comfortable being here and after having driven with three kids for 14 hours today we made the decision to get a refund, pack everything back into our car and carry on elsewhere.
The Hilton was double the price but WELL worth it. Again understand not everyone has the option to spend double the price but if you do you really should because this place is disgusting. So many replies from the company to negative comments here claimimg to care about all these issues people are bringing up but doesnt seem anything has actually been done to resolve anything.
I did not get her name but the highlight here was one of the girls at the front desk, super friendly and we chatted a bit before I had went further and saw the disaster of a room.
Safety: From what I can tell it is not safe.. our door was completely warped and could be opened easily.

Will never return back front desk staff at check-in rude house cleaning staff very nice and helpful appearance. Nasty pool dirty room smelled room full of roaches does not appear to be the way. The photo show hallway carpet stained dirty. Overall, very, very low quality hotel

It's awful!! Not clean, not in good condition. It smells. If it weren't almost 11pm and I hadn't been traveling for 17hrs, I would run and find a better place. It's just one night, but ewwww

OMG this is more like a homeless shelters hotel 😬😬🙁 online photos seem promising 3 weeks ago when booking the hotel $153 a night staying for 3 nights! I finally check in my room keys wouldn't work we had to go down to the lobby couple of times for it to work, still key wouldn't work we ask for another room OMG when we got to the new room we didn't need a key to open the door just pushed the door opened lol 🙃 maintenance called in to open very first room door with a magic key what a nightmare! Finally got inside the room it's filthy, just awful! The sheets & bedding were dirty, The hotel was an unpleasant place to stay, even for just one night. The hallway had a terrible smell, and the doors were damaged, raising safety concerns. We checked out right away OMG hmmmm

I checked in for a few minutes and I had to check out right away that's how bad this hotel is I couldn't stay the 3 days I didn't feel safe plus the condition of the room was horrible I paid $489 for 3 nights lobby look and smells ok!

Justin, general manager, and Tiffany and Nicole the front desk Concierges Were extremely helpful and treating me with respect Even though I tend to be a little on the rambunctious and rebellious side.
They did not judge me and treated me as equal, I had a bunch of stuff And they were patient with me in getting the stuff in and getting the stuff out, Even though I had to extend my checkout time they were general enough to give me an extra 45 minutes and still be refunded My deposit.
Their weekly rates are phenomenal, and I will definitely be back! Katrina and maintenance was awesome as well very friendly And put a smile on my face when I Needed it. I will definitely be back!

Worst experience ever, my reservation got cancelled with any notice while i advised them i would be arriving late and they agreed.
Not easy to reach out, bad customer service.
