About Regency Tower Condominium Association Inc
Regency Tower Condominium Association Inc. is a well-maintained, quiet neighborhood with good facilities and excellent security. The building features a well-kept beach area with chairs and umbrellas, and an extraordinary fitness center. Underground parking is also praised. The residents appreciate the orderly environment created by the strict rules enforced by the homeowners’ association. However, ongoing construction has affected the service and other elevators, and there have been some concerns about staff behavior, specifically a security guard who has caused stress for residents. Overall, it is considered a good location to rent and live.
