I opened the Checking account online, made a $25 initial deposit as requested. A few weeks later when I called to check up on the account because it's shows a card was sent but I never received it. So since I had not received a card or a call I called into the local branch and I was then told that they decided not to open my account because my current address didn't match my license but yet I had already made the deposit so I ask will the $25 go back to the card the deposit was made from? I was told NO! There is a monthly fee and fee for them to close the account. I said huh? I'm confused. I didn't request the account be closed you'll did that. Never the less $25 washed away by this bs bank. Be Aware real talk because I know another person that had this same situation happen to them. Imagine doing this to 50 ppl..think of how much free money they would collect in a year?

Amazing branch, all the staff is so helpful, the branch manager is on top of everything. Very good experiences at this branch.

They obviously don't care about costumers time. They're gonna make you wait, because the people that's working just simply doesn't care about costumers.
