O. M. G. Terrible, terrible, terrible! 1st phone call, make apt - gave details about what happened and my truck and what I needed. 2nd phone call, same thing, but with insurance company on the line also - went back over details because it's important to know I had a topper. I show up a week later for the apt, person on site not only tells me they can't do it bc I have a topper on my truck, have 2 window replacements instead of 2 replacement t and 1 repair... PLUS when I do get my topper removed and come back in - its not going to take 3 hours, but all day, at least 6 hrs! The repair took a little over an hour... and ibhad to take off 2 more days from work- besides that 1... bc now I have to pay to get my topper removed by 1 place, store it, and then the next day go have it put back on... so I show up at my apt a week later, an hour earlier than originally planned, ride share home... wait all day, 7 hrs, no call.. so I call for them to tell me I should be there by 5pm, when they close. Ride share back. For lady to tell me not only NOT ready, but tech to talk to me. He says it will be at least until 7pm until it's done - he hadn't worked on it all day long bc he kept getting pulled away to other vehicles. Mind you the truck has been there since 9am, its 4:30pm. I was there until 9pm!!! Drive home, back window- the 1 replaced, doesn't open and close properly... and I find a piece they took out, and didn't put back in. 1st thing in the morning I go back to ask why it's not fixed, and where does the piece go... manager involved... after tech has no idea piece, manager finally figured out where it goes - for them to tell me it will take at least 3 hours to fix... on another day. And they don't know why window doesn't work correctly. I use my truck and need to lock things up - so I have to get the topper put back on, and can't just leave it at the place rhat took it off. They said they will try and research how to fix - oh, btw, self admitted they had to YouTube how to try and replace back window!. Took back seats out.. and parts of my headliner and other things weren't even popped in correctly. Oh, and I am still finding glass pieces that they didn't clean out from the replacement! So when I day incompetence- that word isnt strong enough for what I dealt with. They have 1 job, literally, all they do is windows- and they can't even do that. They get 1 star because lady at front desk was upfront and irritated with her coworkers as well and made them talk to me - which I overheard convos... DO NOT GO HERE!!!! Worst ever... and lost 3 days of work and still need to get it fixed!

They aren’t professionals honestly, someone broke into my passage side window on my g37 the window they installed wasn’t factory and it was way to big this resulted in a gap in between the window and door frame causing a whistling noise as soon as you hit 20 miles per hour, honestly just go through the dealer if you need a window repair because the moment i went to Infiniti they fixed it with the proper window and I’ve never had problems since

My Truck had a broken front windshield. I went to the Safelite website and put in my information and scheduled an appointment and the windshield was replaced within 2 days. I even got a discount for booking online. Easy as 1-2-3. Thank You, Safelite!

AVOID- SCAM ARTIST. Brought my car in with a crack less than 1” long. Tech looked at it for less than one second and said I can’t repair that. After I informed him more than one other glass shop said they would do the repair he told me that safelite no longer repairs cracks and hasn’t for months now. This company’s website clearly states they repair cracks less than 6” long, and I booked an appointment online FOR A CRACK REPAIR. Tech proceeded to immediately tell me we can replace the windshield today if we go through my insurance at no cost to me. Sat there and lied to me, repeatedly, to try to get me to buy their cheap aftermarket glass. This is a classic bait and switch to get you into the shop to bang up your car insurance for a new windshield. The woman behind the counter told me insurance will not cover OEM glass at all (they will reimburse a large percentage) Money hungry, coniving and manipulative. I’m sure this works with most people as the tech and the person behind the counter were shocked to learn I was not willing to go through my insurance to replace the windshield on a brand new car with an aftermarket one. Bad business practice, both dishonest and disrespectful. Avoid this place like the plague. Shop and waiting room are disgusting and filthy. No idea how this location is still in business

STAY AS FAR AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE AS POSSIBLE!!! They sent a technician out to my home to replace the windshield. He was unable to “calibrate the vehicles front facing camera sensor“ as a result they had to send another technician out 3 days later. After the second technician wasn’t able to figure it out as well, they made me drive 45 minutes out to Oakland Park for “at most a 30 min. job“ after 3 1/2 hours at their office, which was filthy. They were still unable to calibrate the sensor after the long wait; even after contacting tech-support.These people are incompetent, have no clue what they’re doing, and wasted my time. I had to take my car to the dealership where I purchased it, to have a dealer certified mechanic take a look at the vehicle. It took him all of 15 minutes to inform me that the front facing camera sensor should’ve been replaced along with the windshield from the start and that it would cost me $500+ to have that done.Once I called the Oakland Park Safelite location to let them know about the situation and ask to schedule to have them replace the sensor, the woman at the front desk was extremely rude to me, insisting that it was done when it clearly was not. Now I have been on hold with the insurance company for over an hour trying to resolve this issue.If you value the well being of vehicle, if you don’t want to waste your time or money, and have an appreciation for good customer service, do yourself a favor and learn from my mistake. Stay away from these incompetent, rude, people at all costs.If you’re unfortunate like I was and had your insurance company send you their way, request a different location or company to avoid the headache!

Replaced factory windshield on a 2023 Camry. Scheduling the appointment was very easy. I had to change it due to a change in my schedule and that too was very easy online!The technician sent me a text to let me know that the windshield was installed and he was completing the camera calibration. Once the calibration was complete I received another text that the car was ready to pick-up.Great location on Oakland Blvd in Fort Lauderdale with very friendly staff!

When I made the appointment they said 2.5 to 3 hours. When I got there they said at least 4 hours. About 2 hours later the technician said my car was ready. Very happy. We were done within two hours and not four. When I got home, I realized that the safety features were not working lane changing, and other things like that we tried turning them on with the dashboard, but they will not come on. They are off for several hours, reading the manual still not turn them on. To ask them what to do they told me I have to bring the car back again which means I need to takeoff more time from work to have them check it out it can be 2 min or two hours this is something that should’ve been looked at before I left to make sure everything was working I now have to drive another 45 minutes back there and wait for them to check On . customer service was very nice. Everybody was very polite. But this is something that I did not plan on in my day having to go back again it’s not around the corner And it’s not convenient Something that should’ve been checked before I left

Disappointing experience. I came in for a windshield replacement. Although the staff were professional, the following factors led to my 1 star rating:- With an appointment, I had to wait 3-4 hours. Even though their website said it would be about an hour.- My car was full of footprints. No effort was done to maintain the car in the same conditions it came in (see images posted)- The side paneling of the car that touches the windshield was not put back correctly. Some of the fasteners were even broken (see images posted)
