I recently purchased the Wave dining room set with sideboard. Not only is the furniture beautiful, but dealing with Johnny Garcia was just a pure pleasure, and the delivery by Dennis and Tavares was punctual, and professional. This was a five-star experience for me from purchase to delivery/setup and I couldn't be happier!

I just purchased a new house which can be a stressful event. I bought quite a bit of furniture from Scan Design. The quality of the furniture is excellent. The sales person, Johnny has been kind, responsive, patient and professional . If I reached out to him, the answer was always expedient . When they delivered the furniture their installers, Dennis and Tavares were excellent and good natured and went the extra mile for me. In a day when customer service is sometimes lacking, scan design exceeded my expectations in every way

All of the women (especially Maria, the manager) were very kind and personable in the store when purchasing my couch. The delivery guys were also amazing. They put my couch exactly where I wanted it and took away the trash with them. The couch itself is stunning! 10/10 would recommend Scan

Just had our Sofa Bed delivered. Our complete experience was fantastic, from a sincere greeting when we walked through the front door, to the prompt and professional delivery by Tavarus and Brandon. My salesperson was helpful, honest, personable and knowledgeable. I came into the store looking for a couch and left with the couch that I wanted. I have had my leather sleeper couch for 2 months and it is comfortable and excellent quality. Compared to the nightmare that I had and am still having with West Elm, the process at Scan Design couldn't be better. The price that they give you is the final price, the delivery charge didn't change, and it is delivered in a week, on-time, and set up professionally. The furniture at Scan Design is very nice, sleek, and high quality. After the experience that I had with my couch, I plan to return for additional items.

Lucy is very knowledgeable, excellent interior designer, We are so happy with the furniture , prices, and functionality . She took her time to visit us in our new home and measure every space and results are stunning, the style , the comfort all is perfect for us. Everything fits rightly. Delivery is always excellent! So polite gentlemen, and Lucy will be our designer to work in every new project , next one is my office!

Beautiful furniture at first blush, but they simply do not stand by it. Our white table arrived defective (stained) and we just kept getting the run around. One year later, we have just given up. We would stay as far away as possible.

A complete bedroom suite was ordered in Oct. 2022 and delivery for everything but the bed (that was on backorder) was to occur.They did not show after waiting during the 4 hr. delivery window. Two months later, after the bed was now off back order, I was given another 4 hr. window for delivery. It occurred 5 minutes before the window closed. The 2 that delivered it clearly had no idea what they were doing and took an inordinate amount of time. They showed up without tools and asked to borrow our screwdriver, wrench. Two weeks later, the headboard fell off the bed.The foot of the bed was damaged on delivery, a new one was ordered and arrived 5 weeks later. This furniture is quite expensive and this level of delivery/customer communication was not at the level expected.

We finally decided on the couch we wanted and ordered today with a decent post Christmas sale discount ! Isabella was very helpful and patient as we evolved through our multiple machinations and deliberations as we finally came to a mutual conclusion about which couch really suited us. They have so many great couches here and fabric options. Many of the leather couches you see can be ordered in fabric which is important if you are Vegan like myself. After weeks of shopping and many 'spirited' discussions we finally decided on a larger wrap around couch in grey microfiber with retractable cushions that can make a larger bed like lounging area instead of just the standard chaise couch design. I really love this store. It's a great space for showcasing their many couches, tables and chairs and art work. Isabella and the whole sales team really made us feel welcome and were very helpful. If you want a great shopping experience complete with professional competent friendly staff put this place on your list! I highly recommend this place!
