A very pleasant experience. Took my girl here to get her some makeup items and the worker Ms. Alex was very nice, helpful and all around amazing vibes. Thank you so much for the wonderful experience. 10/10

Will never shop there ever again. How dare you to keep following me as if I’m stealing anything from you. I was the only black shopper in the store. Why did you choose to follow me? I was so embarrassed that I had to leave the store. I understand people steal things all the time , but there’s other ways to stop it instead assuming. I used to spend minimum $200 a month, all I had to do is returned all the products that I was able to return and never I never step foot inside the store again, even if it’s free. Don’t say sorry cause they trained for that they’re doing what they told.

It's a nice enough store but it's definitely smaller than most other sephoras I've been in. Even a Sephora I went to inside Kohl's was larger than this one. The woman at the checkout was very friendly, but she is the only staff person who engaged with us.

Nataly (I hope that how you spell her name) was AMAZING! She took her time explaining everything to me and her customer service was top tier. I dropped a hefty amount on this Sephora hall because of her. Thank you again!

Cashier rude and unfriendly. Did not greet me, no welcome, no smile, did not say a word to me through the entire transaction. I said good morning, no reply. I said thank you and have a great day, no response.

Went to this location because the one inside of The Galleria does not have the Tom Ford fragrances on display for testing. Luckily, this one does. Since I'm looking for a new perfume I wanted to sample before investing in one, especially due to the cost. When I asked the girls at the door where the perfumes were they pointed to the back left corner and I thought one would either follow or join me to see if I needed any further assistance. They didn't. I will say although The Galleria location didn't have the perfumes I wanted to sample out their employees are definitely much more helpful.

Worst Sephora I’ve been to in USA. I walked in and went straight to the cash desk to pick up my online order. I was rudely asked “what” and I responded I have an online order to pick up. The lady then points and says “it’s right at the front where you walked in so check with them” It’s not what she said but it was tone, body language and facial expression. She spoke to me as if I was stupid. I’ve never done an online order before so she could have been more friendly. Anyway I went back to the front of the store and no one was available to assist me. I had to walk around and find someone. That person was also unpleasant. Hardly looked at me and just asked for a bar code to scan. Whilst I’m looking for it she doesn’t even point me to where I can find it. Just stood next to me watching me scroll through my phone. It’s not the end of the world but they work in customer service so I would think that they’d be a lot more friendly and helpful. Disappointed as I love to shop at Sephora

We love Sephora! We can walk in with our small dog which is amazing and today we were helped by a girl from Ukraine who was really sweet and friendly and yet professional

The only helpful girl in the store is the blue haired one. I didn't catch her name. All the other employees stand around whispering and talking in front of your face. Like they don't even try to look interested in helping you. Register manners are garbage too. You can try to lighten the mood but they're only interested in talking to each other like high school girls.

I had the pleasure of getting my make up done by Melissa at this location and she was very awesome. She went above and beyond in making sure I got exactly what I needed and the look I was going for. Not to mention, my make up stayed on all day. She was truly genuine in her approach, and I can absolutely feel how caring she was about the look I wanted to go for. I highly recommend!

I usually order online but if I need to go into a Sephora this is my location. I went in about a month ago and had a really good experience with a younger girl with blonde hair. She was super attentive and took me around to get everything I needed. However the other day the service was not so good. Saw two of the employees walking around chatting and I passed them and they just carried on chatting. I walked over to the pick up area but there was no one over there so I went to the front counter for my pick up order. The sales associate at the front treated me like I was dumb and was taken back to the front pick up area. The sales associate that helped me there seemed like I was bothering her and the whole encounter was not so pleasant. Hopefully if I go in next time the other sales associates will be there to smile and help.

Love Sephora and buy a lot there, but the last few times I've shopped at this location, the employees were too busy to talk to each other .. so when I had a question where to find a certain brand and product, they responded as if they don't want to be bother, bad attitude! The opposite of Miami Beach location, where people are there to help you choosing products and the make up you need to buy.. this location is no good! This girl from Venezuela behind the register was the worst, she's not listening to you at all, totally ignored me and totally unresponsive as if I was a ghost and couldn't see me. This is unbelievable, Sephora deserves better employees. Get rid off the bad apples!

I arrived 5 minutes before they closed. I was not aware they were closing at 7, however i only needed one thing. I knew exactly what i wanted, all I needed to do was grab it and pay for it but as soon as i opened the door, about 5 employees were standing by the door and said “5 minutes that’s all you got is 5 minutes because we close” with such attitude. I’ve always worked in customer service and no matter if you close in 2 minutes you should always make sure your customers leave satisfied. After they said that i didn’t even step foot into that store i walked right out because of how nasty they were. And i will make sure i never return to this location because of their stank attitudes!
