Sometimes the registrar doesn't work or their credit card machine and sometimes you have to wait until the person behind the counter comes back
SAVE YOUR MONEY EVERYONE THIS GAS STATION IS A COMPLETE JOKE.
I POSTED THIS 7YRS AGO. NO ONE RESPONDED OR CARE ENOUGH TO. I SEE BY THE EMPLOYEES THRY HAVE THEY DONT CARE
THE SAD THING IS THAT OUT OF TOWNERS IN THE AREA WILL CONTINUE TO GIVE THIER MONEY TO THIS GAS STATION BECAUSE THEY DONT KNOW BETTER.
NOW YOU HAVE EMPLOYESS THAT EAT PLATES OF FOOD BEHIND THE COUNTER AND THIER FACE PLASTERED IN THIER PHONE O AND NOT EVEN SPEAK TO YOU WHILE THEY RING YOU UP. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE HAS GOTTEN BAD TO WORST. YOU ABSOLUTELY DONT FEEL WELCOME HALF THE TIME YOUR EMPLOYEES CANT STOP WHAT THIER DOING TO LOOK YOU IN THE FACE WHILE RINGING YOU UP. THE ENTIRE MORAL OF YOUR STORE HAS GONE IN THE TOILET. HORRIBLE. STOP GIVING THIS GAS STATION YOUR MONEY AND GO SOMEWHERE WHERE YOU FEEL WELCOME AFTER ALL ITS YOUR HARD WORKING MONEY THST KEEPS HORRIBLE PLACES LIKE THIS OPEN. DONT GIVE THEM ANYMORE OF YOUR MONEY.

The girl working the shell tonight 12/9 @ 2am should be absolutely fired. I've never seen such a outlandishly rude gas station worker in my life. I watched her be disrespectful to every person in front of me in line, and then refuse to help me change dollars into quarters for the air machine when I was literally looking at the quarters on her side of the counter. After that, I decided against getting gas, or anything else here ever again. The owner should definitely do something about this before an outraged customer does. I was watching people get visibly bothered by how she was acting. Definitely hope it gets fixed, I won't be back either way though, there's enough ignorance in the world.

Why is it a 24-hour gas station if there isn't going to be an attendant 24 hours. It is Tuesday morning at 3:00 a.m. and I need to get things from the store coming home from work and nobody is coming to the window and I've been sitting here for at least 10 minutes. Can we please do better?
I came a second night. Same as last but she came to the window and didn't get me what I wanted

I was treated very rudely by the kitchen staff , I asked about the food she was snippy and short with me so I told her never mind as I walked away this women started yell across the store at me infront of a store full of guest, she is unperfessional and disrespectful on top of the kitchen being really dirty I will no longer give my business to this shell again .

Two guys walking out of the store while I was pumping gas both were shorted 5c change. I looked at my change and the same thing happened to me. Definitely not a coincidence. Just a little bit shady to me. While I was in there the attendant tried to hand the fella in front of me 6.42 change when a 10$ and 42 c was owed. Shady cashiers there..

Antonio or whatever his name is, SUPER RUDE. Not wearing a mask and when I ask why he said because he doesn’t have to. Listen we all hate them but we are still in a pandemic. If Shell is truly letting their employees go maskless that’s super irresponsible and clearly they don’t care about public safety.

New ownership not good for business customer service is horrible no respect and nasty i ask for a sandwich she cleard her throat before she start making it mask wasnt on before she came to talk to me its suppose to be on at all times especially when dealing with food
