Got here to use the restroom since I was in a rush this indian guy ignored me and told me i should be in line wow so rude never comming back don’t get to the gas station this people are rude.

After the incident I was contacted by the store manager who repeatly and sincerely apologized to me for what happened. He called me and also ensured that the clerk apologized to me over the phone. The clerk understanding his actions were offensive and wrong request to speak to me face to face so he can apologized (most would not have done that). I believe since my meeting with the clerk, his behavior has changed and he knows how his poor judgment while at work reflects on the company not just him. The clerk was humbled, accepted that he was wrong, and was receptive to our advised. I appreciate the supervisor quick response to bringing this issue to a resolution. The supervisor response and immediate resolution to address this matter was exceptional and I am confident he will provide the tools his staff needs to provide a better customer experience for everyone. Yes. I will return again and continue to purchase gas and other convenient item from this location.

Very rude male staff at this gas station. He ran out of his store yelling and pointing at me and accused me ( wearing a complete law enforcement uniform) of stealing gas. He then took a picture of my tag and called the police. Then before the police arrived he called them to cancel the call. I waited for the police because i felt he was going to file a false report if i left. When the police arrive the guy LIED and said he couldn't show them proof the amount of gas I pumped. This guy needs to work in a sweat shop and not around anyone else. I will neverrrrrrr go back there.

Don't ever use the car wash here. The code doesn't work, the stoppers are terrible for your tires and it doesn't give you the full cycle wash. The best part is where it actually told me to stop, it washed from the drivers doors and back so the hood never got washed.
The gas station itself needs a need location.

I live minutes from this gas station,..been going here for the last 6 years, and in the last 6 years my debt card had been hit for fraud several times,...but these few weeks,..once to my wife for $125 & yesterday me for $125,....outside at the pumps,....that's it,..I'm done with this place,...NO MORE!

Car wash is never working, employees inside don’t know how to give refunds. Why offer car wash on broken machines, then have no way for refunding those credits

HORRIBLE station! Credit cards at the pump don’t work, and device to keep pump running so you don’t have to hold the handle down was broken too!

Worse of all shell stations... old guy inside very rude. Got a car with no soap took a picture of the barrels both empty. They would not give me a refund. saying, there is nothing wrong with the car machine so they don't have too and he said my car looked clean to him. For almost 3 weeks not one drop of soap in the barrel.. Fuel rewards is a hit and miss. Stopped 6/17/23 no fuel reward and when i ran my debit card just kept saying ( Authorizing) then to (wait a moment) then back to main screen. Tried 2 pumps 3 times later left and went across the street to 7 eleven no issues there...

This owner is very rude and unprofessional my wife had a minor accident there, while she was trying to communicate with him he raised his voice and keep harassing her that he was going to call the cops. She was not going anywhere she was in her company vehicle and was trying to solve the problem. This owner is rude and should not be representing shell as a franchise owner. Don’t put gas or buy here.

The owner is rude a friend of mine had an accident t a this gasoline station came out screaming and harassing her that he was going to call the cops and she was just trying to communicate with him to help fix the problem and he just keep on screaming and being rude. Do not put gas or buy here.

How do you have an establishment that is suppose to be open 24 hrs and the restroom is supposedly not working???? That's what the clerk said, so my question to the owner would be how does your clerk use the restroom,or is that just an excuse? Pitiful!

İmagine that you buy gas every day but they don’t offer you a restroom . Absolutely ridicilious !I can not imagine gas station say their customer no restroom even there is a restroom inside of store .
