“Visited Salon Pizzaz, Ray is my man there, he is superb, great haircut on hair that is difficult, curly, with many cowlicks, and he makes it all work. He is also a magician with color. Uses a very good color from Italy, so gentle and the blonde does not turn color when I swim daily. The shop is friendly Steve the manager is a doll. And shampoo gal, Loni is terrific, and enjoyable experience to be sitting in her chair. She gives a great head massage.Everyone is friendly and nice.”

“This is an outdoor shopping plaza in the Victoria Park neighborhood of Ft. Lauderdale, When Henry Flagler was building the railroad he wanted to have the railway pass through the land the Victoria park neighborhood now sits on as he built it towards Miami. Mary Brickell refused him right of way forcing the train to curve west. Thanks to Mrs. Brickell the land was preserved and from a start as a trading post it became the neighborhood of Victoria Park. Victoria Park is made up of homes from the 1930's and is valued for it's proximity to downtown Ft. Lauderdale. 30 percent of the homes in Victoria Park are historically significant with 494 of the homes in Victoria Park having been built before 1945. The 4.139 square foot Victoria Park Shoppes fronts the Victoria Park neighborhood on Federal Highway. It was built in 2004 over 5.14 acres. The shopping center anchor is Winn Dixie, a grocery store that used to be prolific in South Florida but which is becoming extinct. I came to Victoria Park Shoppes to eat at Shuck n' Dive but I also want to check out Christina Wan's Chinese, Churn & Scoop Artisan Ice Cream, and No man's Land. Other businesses include GNC, a Winn Dixie Beer, Wine, & Spirits, La Vie en Blanc, Jersey Mikes, Victoria Park Animal Hospital, and Anthony's Pronto Kitchen. I like how many interesting places there are to dine here with both indoor and sidewalk options.”

“It's always packed here, sometimes you can't find what you are looking for and no associates to help assist you bc it's not their department... Smh but I still wouldn't give them a terrible rating just bc of a couple of mishaps or misunderstandings. No one wants to work around here anymore!!!”

“The decor is simple and fun. The food at this little place was amazing. Once you get everything in front of you and taste the quality of the food you understand why it takes so long. The stuffed arepa was so fresh, the seasoning for the beef was just right. The coffee had the right amount of kick. This place is definitely a hidden gem that needs a little more advertising outside so it doesn't get overlooked. Otherwise it would get a full five stars.”

“Plaza Del Mar is a shopping plaza on North Federal Hwy in the Poinsettia Heights neighborhood in Fort Lauderdale. Originally named North Ridge, the neighborhood was built by Gill Construction Company right after World War II in the 1940s and early 1950s. It is now named Mar which is Spanish for sea. Plaza Del Mar was built in 1984 and has 36,000 square feet of retail space for 13 stores over three and a half acres. It is easy to spot from Federal Highway because of the large open golden globe art piece. There are over 275 parking spots. Notable businesses in the plaza include Metro by T Mobile, Wild Fork Foods, Sally Beauty, Bangkok Bistro, Kids Hideout, CAO Bakery & Cafe, Bamboo Wellness Spa, Dyson, Core 954, Sweeter Days Bake Shop, Chicken Kitchen, Nails, Medical Center, and Osteo Strong. I have been to this plaza on and off through the years for Wild Fork and CAO and more recently Sweeter Days. I like that there is a good mix of restaurants, shopping, and services. Behind the plaza is a fork of the Middle River which has a lot of wildlife so depending on where you park, be on the lookout for birds, lizards, and the baby ducks.”

“Galleria At Fort Lauderdale is a fantastic destination to visit 100+ stores/restaurants all in one spot. I had the pleasure of visiting several businesses such as Sephora, Dillard's, ALDO, Stefano Versace Gelato and The Capital Grille. The building is gigantic, modern and clean. I even love the fountain and statue located outside of the Galleria. Thumbs up for this place!”
