I’ve had the bed for 5 years. Paid almost $7000. Now that we were moving, tried to dismantle it and take to new address.You would have to obtain a post graduate degree in physics to dismantle this bed. It is unmovable and the directions are unintelligible. The YouTube video might as well have been presented in Sanskrit. And who wants to have to watch a video just to move a bed?Additionally, part of the complications are the magnets holding the bed to the base.They cannot be separated for fear of creating a magnetic field so strong it will damage a pacemaker within 5 feet or render your credit card invalid!OMG-who wants to sleep on something like this? Shouldn’t they have informed me when I purchased that these beds emit such a strong magnetic field in the event you have to move them? I never would have purchased if I had known.So I call the company asking for help.I speak to Benjamin who immediately passes me off to his supervisor, Cyrus.Cyrus couldn’t be less interested.I tell him my buyers are moving in tomorrow I need to get this bed out of here. He says I can send a technician next week to dismantle it. $266 to dismantle and $266 to install in new location. Seriously?I ask him if he heard anything I said. He just keeps repeating the same thing…We don’t offer that service, we don’t offer that service. Well what service do they offer? None! Zero customer service!The one shining star in this story is Yari.She works at the North Federal location.She tried everything to help me. She genuinely cared and I will always appreciate her kindness.End of story is I left $7000 bed for my buyers. Sleep number is right there to take payments but when it comes to standing behind their products or taking care of their clients, they are nowhere to be found. Whatever service it is, they do not offer it!It’s not a bad bed if you plan to never move from your location. Just remember you will not be able to move it with you if you do.

Worst bed ever had less than two years pump went bad they cannot send me another one because they’re on backorder and cannot tell me when so now I have a mad wife that can’t sleep

The Ft Lauderdale staff is amazing and very helpful; however, this is the worst bed I've ever owned. I had a bone marrow transplant 3 years ago and also have severe back pain. My Dr. prescribed this bed for me, however this has made everything worse (and the bed is less than 6 months old). I would gladly sell my bed to anyone wanting to try this.

Love this product! Cannot wait to try it. It is exactly what we want and need. Great range of pricing and options for any buyer.The sales process is long, but we are buying a premium product, so it needs to be well-explained.Once that’s done, you move to inputting the info into the system. Their system is sloooooooooow. I don’t know if it’s their connection or the system but it causes this part of the process to be twice as frustratingly long as needed. Can’t wait for it to arrive!

NASH! Wow. We had a lot of trouble re-scheduling a delivery but Nash came to the rescue and resolved our issues. He was polite and efficient. Nash even called back to follow up and confirm the changes to our order. 10/10 5 Star service. Thank you immensely Nash!

I heard is very expensive and inconvenience. And There is a dude with a pick up truck claiming to be the property manager working there, has no compassion to the less fortunate. It's all about business to him. Karma will show him otherwise.I would not buy there. Plenty of better places up the street...

Well the customer service was awesome from the minute I walked in the door. Probably the best I have received in a long time. The problem was the harassing follow up after. The relentless calls to tell me about sales that were ending soon. Really unnecessary and annoying.
