I have always used Smart Move while studying in Fort Lauderdale. Their apartments are always very clean, tidy and organised. They make you feel at home while staying there and very welcome.

There are a lot of ups and downs all of us yacht crew experience throughout the first months of yachting. And having a great team like the team over at smart move crew accommodations is a huge help! They have amazing communication skills, cleaning crew, and are extremely understanding of what we all go through. I highly recommend smart move if you’re looking for crew housing. Island breeze is a great house to stay in.

The communication that Smart Moves provides is top notch. I am in the SLA business all day every day so when I must be on the other side for my son’s new life adventure I cannot praise them enough. So prompt and polite. My son has stayed at a couple of locations and both he has spoken highly of. Thank you!

Had a great experience at Island Breeze. It’s perfect for building connections since there’s 4 different houses in the same complex so you can meet even more people/friends. Would definitely recommend staying here during your courses or while looking for a job.

I have had the pleasure of working with smart move as a owner of multiple properties since 2018. They have made short term rental ownership easy and affordable. The property maintenance is always well looked after, and smartmove always gives me the option to correct myself. I would highly recommend their services to any future clients.

I’ve had a great experience at Smart Move so far! The whole process has been effortless and what I’ve enjoy so far is I have direct contact with someone if I had to encounter any issues. My accommodation is perfect if you’re studying at PYT as it’s walking distance away. 10/10

I moved here at the in March 2024 and I’ve been here ever since. My experience here has been fantastic. The management and cleaning crew have been great with holding up their responsibilities. The property I have stayed at (Island Breeze) has been a great experience, moving here knowing no body, now i have a bunch of people i consider great friends. I won’t live in any other crew houses besides smart move properties! Thanks Smart Move
