Very welcoming place with great staff. I brought in an injured Egret and they promptly took it in. Afterwards i signed some information and they even filled out a patient i.d card for me to call n check in on the Egrets status. Would higly recommend to anyone coming into contact with wildlife. Thank you Kristen ??

I found this place when I found an injured raccoon and had to find a place to get him some help. The way this poor thing was welcomed gave me confidence that whatever happens he will be taken care of. The person who was working there at the time was so helpful, picked him up herself from my car, handled him with such extra care that it made my heart melt. The little guy didn't make it because he was so badly injured, but I'm happy he was at least pain free right away due to sedation and passed away peacefully with people next him, rather than dying on the side of the road alone and in pain. I really appreciate what these people are doing to help these animals ????

I just had to drop off an injured bird. The young lady working there hopped right up to help. She was so sweet and caring. The whole process took about three minutes. This facility is wonderful. Hopefully I will not have to drop off another animal but if I do, knowing how wonderful, easy and fast the process is I will not hesitate

They removed my review, but to summarize, they euthanized the pigeon I brought in to fix its leg. It seemed like they couldn't offer any help, even though I did my research and it said otherwise. It's worth being cautious when considering their services.

I notice an injured egret that just could not move. I called over 15 places with no help at all. I reached SFWC they where eager to help and was able to send someone right away. They are a great team that makes a difference. Thank you guys for everything, keep up the great work!!! Alan

I brought there the baby bird, turned out it’s not a native one so they redirected me to other place. But the stuff is friendly and helpful, the place are big and they saved a lot of creatures. One can see a big pelican sanctuary right by entrance ?

Love them here- they’re available to take animals during business hours, after hours they have cages that you can put wildlife in. They’re great to volunteer with and can always use donations. They do great work with the community and I am so thankful they are here to help.

Great facility. Very impressed. If you have an injured native animal they will take care of it. I brought an injured bird to there facility. I was so happy there was a place to get this injured animal some help I left a donation....and I am cheap so you know the place must have been good

A truly great place to bring injured wildlife. A nice young lady answered my call and I told her I had a dove that may have flown into a window and was injured. She told me that the main gate might be closed by the time I arrived (pouring rain during rush hour) but said I could leave the dove in one of the cages they have set up outside the main gate. I didn't get there until after 5:30pm, but I was easily able to put the bird in their cage, and as I was leaving the lady came out to the locked gate and took the bird in. She thanked me and I was on my way, happy that the bird was in good hands. Thank you!
