Our own account is unavailable due to address issues. I used the customer's own account to send this. The manager called the customer and said that it could not be sent. It just so happened that another friend of mine was there himself. They can send it for me first. This manager actually threatened my friend and said that we cannot send it. He said that if my friend sent it for us, he would blacklist my friend. I would like to ask if this is an express regulation of your airline. We have our own account. It's just that it can't be used temporarily because the address has not been changed. I don't think we did anything improper. Just because we don't want to fight doesn't mean we can tolerate it. Everyone here is very nice and friendly. Only this manager makes things difficult for us little guests every day. It's too bad. I just want to remind everyone if there is anything fresh. For example, seafood must not be sent here.

This is the manager here. abuse of power. impolite. I hope your company can see his style. His attitude was really bad. You are in the service industry. We also hope to make some money when we send things. Because of his difficult and bad attitude, we had to choose to change the airline service. We don't want to make trouble. But we can't understand his bad behavior

My husband and I booked a flight from Fort Lauderdale to Raleigh Durham and once we got there , I was informed that all my luggage was still sitting in Fort Lauderdale and that it had failed to be loaded onto the plane. I am military and I have a lot of important stuff in there and I don’t appreciate none of my stuff making it. I was also told that I live outside of the delivery zone which is over an hour away from the airport so when my stuff makes it today (hopefully) , it still won’t be delivered until Tuesday and today is Sunday. I do NOT recommend trusting your luggage or any of your personal belongings with Fort Lauderdale South West.
