The location can't be beat so close to the A gates in Terminal 1. The store is spacious and clean. The cappuccino I ordered tasted like chocolate. The double smoked bacon sandwich seemed double baked - completely overcooked. The team seemed as disinterested in providing service as I have ever seen. Not recommended.

I ordered a black iced coffee... had to wait over 15 minutes while 4 employees were socializing among themselves and wiping down surfaces with an extremely wet dirty rag making an even bigger mess. it was only me and one other customer. I had to ask how much longer for the black iced coffee... only to receive attitude. they didn't have to brew a fresh coffee or anything, I watched them pour it out of the pitcher that came out of the fridge...

Workers were socializing amongst themselves/ not recognizing the customers! Ordered a frapachino and a coffee/milk..no milk came after asking 3x! Reached and picked up container of milk and they screamed at me! They are not doing their jobs. Customers were shocked! Please hire people skilled workers!!!!

I just got to the airport and needed a coffee, so I ordered my usual at Starbucks: Vente Sugar Free Vanilla Latte with whole milk at 120 degrees I want to drink it right away. When I noticed the young lady making my coffee I asked again for it to be 120 degrees since that’s warm not hot as hell, and I can drink it right away. She promptly told me that the new coffee maker is set at highest 90 degrees. Ok thank you. Got my coffee walked to my gate sat down ant took a sip and promptly burned my mouth!! What the heck??? In all the years I never once burned my mouth because warm is drinkable. I am so upset, 2 blisters in my mouth later and now walking back over to Starbucks.

Worst place everrrrr!!!!! I wish I could give 0 star Very lazy people fitting because no one wants to do their job. Waited 15min for JUST 2 croissants. Also employe got mad because I asked for a refund and didn’t want to wait any more.

Employees are RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL!! messed up our order and charged us twice, no apologies, order a venti refresher with no ice and was only filled a little over halfway! There is a reason why this particular branch have such LOW reviews!! Owner do not care as nothing is being done. AVOID! AVOID! AVOID! it iS BRANCH, it is by gate C 1 to 9.

Using the the ticket because I did not want the drink, I don’t know why the lady at the cashier didn’t mentioned she didn’t have my drink!! They gave me a different one. I asked the lady at the end if that was my drink she said yes, I let her know that wasn’t the one I order and she mentioned that’s what we have I said excuse me I didn’t order this she reply “oh well that’s what you having” at the moment i felt my blood boiling. The she has the nerves to go away and tell me FU !! So disrespectful.. when ppl are going through bad moment before they come to work they need to shake things off and leave it outside

My last visit to a Starbucks. Lazy/apathetic employees.6 staff behind the counter doing a lot of nothing. They can take the order and your money quickly but getting your order is painful, not worth the wait.

amazing manager Felicia. we were trying to get shuttle to a hotel and did not have a cell phone she helped us phone hotel, arrange to pick us up, walked us to where the shuttle would be and made sure we got on. thank you so much for being our angel. amazing individual

No communication! When people order a drink (Pink Drink)…you should tell your customers “when they are ordering” that you are out of strawberries…so they have a choice whether or not they still want it…instead of just giving them an under promised drink….with no apology or communication! If you have a staff member call in…..communicate that and apologize for delays. then…they completely forgot a hot caramel latte…but didn’t forget to take my money for it . Poor service.

I visited the Starbucks if terminal 1. The lady didn't have coins so when I gave her coins she did not want to give me back the change. Tips have not to be taken forcefully from guests. So she refused to give me back my dollar. Unacceptable

Worst Starbucks ever. Wife ordered a drink with steamed milk. First they get her order wrong, then argue with her that they didn't, and finally, when they give her the right drink, they made it scalding hot. I mean actually boiling in the cup, such that it immediately burned her. Their menu was advertising foods and drinks that they didn't have. Wife went to order a nitro cold brew for me. Obviously they didn't have it actually available, so they convinced her that their cold brew coffee was the same, when obviously it wasn't. So anyways, we order that, and it's disgusting. It's so watery it's as though they were trying to save money by using as little coffee as possible, but so over-extracted that there's a gross bitter taste in what flavor there is. Avoid at all costs.

Considering they are in an airport the staff moves at a snails pace and then my favorite part is after waiting almost an hour to order and finally getting our order. Half way through my Frappuccino I noticed there is a very long black hair half in my drink secured with the snap on lid. Please note I’m a blonde. I’d post a picture if it would let me! I would like to go throw up now.

Worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to in the world 6 employees 1 making coffee at a snails pace 45 min till they took my order. Then waited 35 min for 1 coffee that I never know if it ever got made because I had to leave to get on my flight after an hour and 15 min. Save yourself the frustration and buy a coffee in a can at the airport store directly across from it…… horrible employees mine as well have hired statues or out carsboard figures up that resemble employees;) time for you guys to fire everyone and find competent employees
