They put the wrong size tire on my car causing an accident on the highway, When my car suddenly spun out in the rain the next day. Tried to sue, but guess what, they don’t carry insurance.

Such nice people and wonderful service! I came for an oil change and they got me in and out super quickly. Definitely, they try to work „with you” and help you as much as they can.

So this shop is near my apartment and I have been going here for little small things here and there. But recently I went to get 4 new tires mounted, balanced, and aligned. That is what I stated when I walked through the doors. The gentleman in front said “ok” I handed him my keys and that was that. After him and his associate were “finished” I exclaimed that i needed an alignment too. To which is said “they can’t do that” which is completely fine I understand. But what I don’t understand is, if I came in for an alignment why would you take my card and Car keys for a car you know you wouldn’t or couldn’t take care of fully. If I knew that was the case I would’ve just taken my butt to tire kingdom down the street all along.

I had a nail in my tire leaving for work so I called to see if they had availability to do a patch. They got me in right away and were so friendly and unbelievably fast! I think it was fixed before I even finished paying. Something that could’ve ruined my day ended up being a pleasant experience. I am so impressed and have been bragging to everyone about this. I will definitely come back if I ever have another tire issue and you should too.
