Called today and asked if someone can stay behind just for 5 minutes, because my item transportation was running behind and the manager named Lionel basically spoke down to me and had no sense of customer service etiquette, and threatened me saying “I can meet him at the storage and meet him face to face “, which I found was very unprofessional from anyone running a business. Will never take my business here again and will file a complaint with the BBB.
