When You Walk In The Second Banker On The Left & Another Lady Behind Counter Assisted With My Account. She Opened Two Accounts Instead Of One , She Also Was Talking About Fraud . But Somehow Opened Those Accounts (TWO) And Messed One Totally Up In My Name . Til Where It’s In The Negative ! I Am Walking Into The Bank And Will Gather Everyone’s Name And Report Them To Better Business Of Bureau !Handled Situation In A Very Sneaky Pessimistic Way !I Do Not Recommend!

I should've read the reviews they 100% accurate,I was told I had to visit a branch because of a zelle transaction because my account is new smh what's the use of having an account if I can't use it when I need to can't wait to 9 o'clock I will be closing this trash account smh

Truist charges a fee to receive Zelle payments to a business account. This is unsatisfactory.

This place practices usury.On the last payment of a 7 yr auto loan, THEY decided not to process the automatic payment. I found out when I received a delinquent notice. I called and was told due to a merger, some automatic payments did not process, and I had to go in person to a branch and make the payment.Their problem, had no problem charging late fees and addition interest. The incompetent person at the desk originally told me an amount without additional fees… but oh sorry, you need to pay the late fees… LATE FEES???? They didn’t process the automatic payment. That is usury shame on these people.DO NOT DO BANKING WITH TRUIST!!!

Horrible experience for a HELOC loan. I have an 830 FICO score and no CC debt. I have 3 properties with perfect loan histories and I am 63 years old. The property in FLL has about 75% available equity. I only want about 40%. A woman who called me back who I could barely understand, said that I needed to COME IN PERSON to fill out the application and I am in Chicago? I realize there is rampant fraud, BUT PLEASE don't make me fly to FLL to FILL OUT AN APPLICATION BECAUSE YOU ASSUME I am trying to scam you. You want proof? THEN DO IT BEFORE FUNDING! NOT FOR AN APPLICATION....BYE AND BEST OF LUCK!

I had a quick cash deposit transaction. Apparently nothing has changed since the 2016 review of the extremely sloooooooooow drive thru at this branch, only one elderly female teller. I sat there so long that I backed my car up to see if going inside any quicker and sadly same slooooow line inside and while standing in long line I noticed no cars in drive thru so I ran back to my car and by the time I pulled back to drive thru, 2 new cars had already got to the drive thru before I could get there. AAAAAAAAAAAAAH!!!!! Extremely frustrated with the horrible service today.

This is a horrible branch. The staff are incompetent and very rude especially Deanna. When I tried to get assistance from her regarding my accounts, she pretty much told me she can’t help me and recommended I open an account with a different bank instead of resolving my issue.

One of the worst bank I have ever joined. Online banking is like pulling teeth without anesthesia. Will be taking whatever little money I have there and closing my account. Worst bank EVER!!

Slow service even though no one was in line and plenty of tellers available. They were to busy gossiping behind the glass to greet or even help me.
