The branch leader Athina Dicarlo is a prime example of what every employee should be. She was beyond helpful everyone was nice but she assisted me with opening my new account and she made everything so easy and painless. She went above and beyond entertaining my three year old son all while working on the computer and interacting with my wife and myself. She is the sole reason I am sure it was a good idea to open an account with Truist bank. So Athina Dicarlo thank you very much for everything and making me believe all banks are not the same you deserve the praise. Thank you.

They are a despicable bank. They are one of those banks that the government allows to charge ridiculous amount of overdraft fees for no overage on your account. Then they tell you there is nothing they can do about the fees. Save yourself a lot of grief and take your banking elsewhere.

All 3 ATM machines are down. The quality of service has come down significantly since it became Truist Bank. I had picked SunTrust Bank from a banking needs almost 10 years ago, I guess it's time to look for a Quality Bank.

I’ve been banking with Suntrust since the 1960’s. Today my wait time was 20-29 minutes. The same message repeated every 20 seconds.I never got through. I can’t file my income taxes because of an error at this bank and this is my 3rd day trying to reach them. I hear PNC has good customer service.

will not open my online banking causing me distress and unable to pay my bills.always understaffed & poor customer service.the techs they call do not know what is going on.if i can ever get this straightened i am gone.been with them since 1983,george kraft was my neighbor.what a shame. and i probably want get a call.bye the way this has been 10 days.have no idea where my money is where i my deposits going. stay away!!!

Absolutely love SunTrust. I have been with them since 1977 and they have worked tirelessly with me throughout the years. I have been with the Coral Ridge branch for 25 years now and Delores has always afforded me her experience and helping hands whenever I reached out. Can't praise them enough for all they have done. This company closed my account 3 months ago and have given me no reason why. They refuse to release the funds that were in the account, and will only tell me they are on indefinite hold. Noone will answer anything. I have been forced to file a lawsuit! Craziest thing I have ever experienced!

The worst bank ever. I have been a customer of SunTrust for 7 years and recently my online banking was hacked because SunTrust does not have any 2nd layer cyber security measures in place such as multi-factor authentication (2FA). Every modern bank does, including my new bank, Bank of America. Hacking aside, I'm still missing $1,500 from my checking account from 6 fraudulent checks cashed for $250, each of which clearly shows on the image is NOT the name on the account! SunTrust fraud department has been giving me the run around for 40 days now, shuffling papers, throwing the hands up saying they can't do anything to contact their OWN fraud investigator. Finally, I threaten to sue them and the executive officer, April, comes back today (almost 40 days later) and says they'll be crediting me $1,250 in fraudulent charges. Why would you credit 5 fraudulent checks but not the 6 that are clearly listed in front of you with someone else's name on it? I have no idea. SunTrust is severely playing with fire right now. Regulation E requires them to make a provisional credit within 10 business days of any fraudulent charges. Nobody takes responsibility for anything at their organization, they all just sit there and hope someone else handles it. Really sick of this. Beyond poor customer treatment and well into regulatory violations. Do not use this bank! Go to any other one.

We setup our business account last week and appreciated the help and experience of the staff. We now have online access, and a courteous and helpful staff to answer our questions, provide technical assistance, and a very modern facility if we need a face to face meeting with our bank. Thanks especially to the bank manager who helped us and welcomed us.
