I wanted overlay on my natural nails they were longer and when he got done they were shorter than before I give up at these nails salons everytime i started growing my nails they cannot do natural nails just want to add fake nails to make money but can’t properly listen to ppl requests im doing my own nails I will be purchasing acrylic and the set from Sally’s when I need to fill in no more spending money with these nail shops he made my nails way shorter than they were and charged me $45 not worth it anymore when I can do it myself. Don’t recommend and I won’t be back they did a bad job on my daughter nails too she paid $70 and it wasn’t all that either

My sister and I saw Nancy. This was our 2nd or 3rd time visiting. She remembers everyone that comes in, she is very nice and does excellent waxing of eyebrows and chin and a wiz with threading. Thank you Nancy!

This place is a racist establishment. They are not friendly and lack proper English .I went in 8/9 for a fill in only because the person I go to is out of town and this place is close to my house ! The man who did the horrible nail job he was shaking taking my gel off,filed them unevenly and they some of the nails are bumpy and sharp and he cut me twice I had to get a bandaid hopefully I don't get an infection and my nails are starting to lift as of 8/10 the next day! I was Charge $40 dollars but I plan to dispute with BBB AND THEM! To get my money back maybe . I wasted money and wasted happy with the service provide but when I tried to explain my nails wasn't done right that's when they lacked English and she acted like she couldn't understand me!!!! Do not I repeat to do not GET ANY SERVICE DONE HERE ..

I have been to this salon 3x. It is very conveniently located close to my job. I had my eyebrows waxed here and they did a phenomenal job. But just the waxing…
The manicure was a disaster. The tech left large spots of cuticle and peeling skin around my nail beds.
When she did the polish it was extremely sloppy. The polish was lumpy, there were entire sections of my nails that had no polish on them at all and she got polish all over my hands and fingers! I asked if they could re do the polish the next day during my lunch break because I didn’t have time to fix it that day. The manager obliged.
Today, I came in for the polish change. Same tech, same experience! I changed the color thinking perhaps it was older and that could have caused the lumping but I had the exact same issues! Lumps, parts of my nail not polished and polish all over my hands!
To make matters worse, when I showed the manager and let her know I was unhappy she suggested that I use gel instead. She implied that I must be trying to get free polish changes ?
I let her know that I’ve been getting manicures for 30+ years with regular polish and I have never had these problems. I refuse to spend $10 more (for gel polish) for a nail tech to paint sloppily and use polish that’s more difficult to take off!
I tipped the tech that did the poor job both times because although she was unsuccessful she did try to make it look good.
Poor quality work and rude management…I will not be going back! Not even to wax my eyebrows.

I went there today. And it's the worst pedicure and eye lashes I had ever had. The customer service was great. Horrible job. Feet wasn't done properly. Eyes was a messed. First and last visit. Never ever. I am so annoyed. Because it's my last dime I used. I should follow my guts instinct. Because for Valentine's Day and there was so empty. I should know that's a red flag.
