Hello, I liked it, it was good, except that the car I rented in Miami, when driving after 40 miles, the steering vibrated a lot, today I am with the car I rented in Orlando and when I get the car from 60 miles, the same thing happens, the steering vibrates but less than The Miami car, I think they should review the mechanical part (suspension) of the cars, otherwise it is very good so far.

Good service and the vehicle was perfect. The only detail was regarding the delay in immigration departure at the ft lauderdale airport (3 hours with multiple people ensuring that it is a common and repetitive situation). It would be ideal for Super Nice to have extended hours to cover these cases or directly make the contract/payment online ensuring that the car is waiting in the garage.

I hope some people can see this message because I want to tell them that the WORST decision I could have made was to rent a car with this company, I said this to the people who assisted me and they cared nothing, but I have very rarely rented cars, but They NEVER gave me a vehicle in such poor condition, which could cause an accident, since I never knew that it didn't have a windshield wiper, that it didn't have a defroster, and that there was something wrong with the mechanics.
I would like to warn the person who decides to rent with these people, to take a good look at the car they give them, if something happens to them I am sure they will not respond, just as was the response they gave me when I informed them of the car disaster that occurred to me. they gave.
I hope they publish this, since there are no other ways to warn you to be careful with a company of this quality.
