Random Google search for a reasonable priced moving company resulted with Sureway moving. First time hiring professional mover to get me from one assignment location to another and it was the best decision I made. *1st they were the best priced, no over charging or 3 hr minimum (another company) even though my move would be about an hour.*2nd Christian spoke English, was polite and courteous. He never made me feel like I was wasting his time.*3rd they arrived within the scheduled time and got everything out the apartment quickly and efficiently. All in all, if you're looking for time efficient, professional and cost effective movers don't hesitate to give them a call.Thank you for your help! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Someone mentioned this company when I was in a rush to move and I made the mistake of not checking reviews. They destroyed my furniture and never responded. DO NOT hire them.

I am only giving 1 star because I can’t give zero stars. They use “Bait and Switch” tactics in which We were charged way more than quoted, movers were unprofessional and arguing with each other, to the point of one mover physically threatening the other. Additionally the movers damaged our furniture and cut the wire to our electric recliner. We tried to file a claim but they were unresponsive and simply didn’t care. I have no idea how this company is still operating. Stay as far away from their services as possible as they do not value actual customer service.

They deserve ZERO stars! Damaged and broken items, lamps, ***** etc. And stole clothes from my closet! Missing other items as well. Stay far away from this company!!

Please stay away from this company, moving is already stressing enough, and having to deal with individuals like these is just not right. So I needed to move on towards the end of May, I requested to move 2 days from the day I called. They send me the contract stating that if I cancelled the move within 48 hrs or less, I would be responsible for the whole moving fee, which was $100 deposit plus $399. The same day, later that night, I called the, text them, emailed them requesting a transfer of moving date to June 25, again I reiterated that I did not want to can cel the move, but move it to a Peter date. Well, they had the audacity to charge me $103.99 plus $414.92 plus $399 and tell me that I forfeited all that money because I cancelled the move on the actual day of the move, which is a lie because I called 2 days prior the moving date. I was willing to take the hit of the $103 plus the 414.92, I m not disputing this charges as long as they provide the services I was charged for, but according to them, I have to pay again in a brand new contract. Now, you may be wondering where is the $399 charge coming from? Well, funny thing is that charge is under another moving company which I have no knowledge of. It's just not right, I'm getting charged for not services rendered, I want everyone to be aware of these crooks. They are also apparently using different names as you can see from the charges made on my credit card. Photo 1 of 1

Extremely rude, extremely unprofessional, borderline scam artists. They demanded I must tip them a certain amount when I paid for the mover’s food on top of a generous tip. Broke my items and never processed my claims and blocked my number. This company has been reported to the BBB for bad practice.

I booked these movers to help me move into a new home. Not only did they break my bed frame, when I called about it because they have insurance, they rudely hung up the phone. This company does not care about your valuables. Don't book with them!

If I could rate this experience 0/10 then I would. I sent a deposit to a number (with the name sureway moving and storage llc) told by me from easy moving fl. Similarly named to a popular moving company (easy florida moving) but no where near a good experience. They told me they're owned by sureway moving and storage llc. I made the move to start at 4 since my building could only give me the area to move at 4 till 8pm. The movers said it wasn’t an issue till the day of they show up 3 hours early. I told the “owner” christian that They had nowhere to go and no wAy to get into my building. He refused to make the movers stay and wait till 4 so he said they couldn't go. The day of moving I frantically made new plans since they canceled and I had to move. I had to rent a truck and move myself. At 4pm they called and said they were there and ready to move. I was so confused since the owner said they weren't going to make them stay. He then refused to give me the deposit back and I had to make new plans to move elsewhere. I can’t find them anywhere so I’m pushing the blame on sureway moving since they’re the only place I can link them to.

I had contracted with express movers of Florida not knowing that they were actually sureway moving & storage llc (who have very bad reviews.) I'm adding an additional bad review. I scheduled and paid a 100 dollar deposit for move confirmed at 2 pm to 4. They never bothered to call to tell me there was an issue. I had to call to find out why they haven't shown up. They told me that there truck had broken and they could not move me until tomorrow. I spoke with the receptionist who claims is the manager she had poor customer service she did not want to transfer me to the manager or give me her name. We did not want to continue with this company that sold us out. So we asked for our deposit back and she claimed that it is not refundable EVEN THOUGH THEY WERE UNABLE TO DELIVER. When I mentioned the actual managers/ owner of the business name (Morales) she studered. When I said tell Mr morales that we will not be using his services this time. I got a call from the driver within 10 mins that the truck would be ready in about an hour. I had already read all the bad reviews of this company ruining furniture so I booked with another company with 5 star review.

This business should not be in operation for so many reasons. It pains me to read the other reviews on BBB, Google, etc. and to see similarities to what I also experienced with this company. Trend reviews do not lie!!!My poor experience started on the day of the move. They did not show up at the scheduled time nor called to notify me that they were running late. I am not sure if they would have showed up if I didn't call to ask if they were still coming. And that was just the start of the problems. They damaged my barn door with the first piece of furniture that they moved and did not say anything to me about it (my friend witnessed it and had to inform me about it). They stopped at McDonalds to eat lunch (which I don't mind, but then DO NOT include that time in the per hour move time). When they got to the new property, they ripped off the lip of the staircase and damaged the paint on the rails when moving the furniture. At the end they tried to charge me over $900 when I was quoted $400 for the move. When I tried to bring up the issues with the main mover Frank (there were 3 men), he became threatening and verbally abusive. My friend and I (both females) felt very intimidated.A few days later, Frank left a voice message on my phone to attempt to apologize and also to tell me that the company should give me back an hour of time as he "miscalculated" the time. I am guessing that he felt guilty that he added the break they took for lunch. He also advised that they had more boxes of mine in the truck. I texted him back and still haven't received any refunds nor my remaining property.I have since called and emailed the company (separate from Frank) a few times to report the issue and try to claim insurance since I had to pay a contractor over $700 to fix the barn door from the old property and the staircase at the new property. This happened in March and to date I have not received any correspondence from the company (it is now July). When I tried to rectify the issue with my credit card company, Sureway charged me a second time.I am all about supporting good businesses and I am very empathetic to the fact that many are having a hard time with the pandemic, but I do not think that this business should be operating at this time. In summary, the main issues are: misleading me with quotes/pricing, intimidation, damaging property, not delivering all goods from one property to the next, not returning calls/emails about the issues, and double charging for services not properly rendered.

Avoid at all costs. Caused significant damage to our home and furniture. After the incident, we have been completely ignored and they have refused to provide insurance information.
