Absolutely intolerable customer service! Came in here the other day and was “helped” by Sebastian. He kept sending me back to Apple to activate my phone number. How though? When I am a T-mobile customer? 4 hours back and forth to both stores and to be talked to in a condescending way by a troll. Good luck to you Sebastian and your rotten and lazy ways.And is this the only T-Mobile in the world that won’t let you connect to their WiFi when uploading your phone being a paying customer for years?

Staff was attentive and welcomed me as soon as I walked in, I explained to them my issue and they were able to guide me towards a solution without a problem. I’m completely content with my experience, if I were to ever need to visit t-mobile location I’d find my way back to this one!Special thanks to Carolina and Sebastian for working together to help me!!

I bought a phone here, it took 2 days and it still hasn't activated. Don't have access to a phone 2 days cause of them. Sales Rep #. ****935. Seriously, the worst customer service ever.

I received some great information from Richard also but I had to leave because I had an appointment when I came back a few hours later, he was on his dinner break so that's when we're Rachel help me. They both did a wonderful job, explaining how the promotions worked, and they save me a lot of money. Thank you T-Mobile.
