I came in today trying to get my phone fixed because I couldn’t hear anything at all. As I entered the store a young lady named diamond greeted me so pleasantly and with a smile asking me if I needed any help. I did explain to her what was going on with my phone and it was pretty obvious I needed a new phone and she broke down the price points, storage and which phone was best for me. Diamond was a huge help. If you are deciding to come to T-Mobile today do so and please see Diamond

My husband and I decided to change our phone service and upgrade our phones. Daniel Medina, the retail manager gave us exceptional customer service. He took his time transferring everything from our old phones to the new explaining everything, every step of the way. There is no way we could have done what he did in such a short amount of time. We literally felt like we were with a close friend who really cared about our needs. We even decided to change over our internet service to T-Mobile. Everything he did exceeded our expectations. I worked as an trainer for one of the largest cosmetic companies in the world and I would have used this experience with Daniel of how customers should be treated. It's an experience I know I'll never forget. Thank you, Daniel!

I’ve been with t-mobile for 8 years, but leaving the company now. The customer service at the locations is nonexistent. We’ve been to two locations trying to solve the problem, no help whatsoever. At this location no one even got to us like we were invisible. Hopefully AT&T treats customers better.

Anna at this location was my saving grace tonight . I showed up 12 minutes before closing panicked & wondering if my SIM card could ever be turned on after an already stressful visit at Apple. Other t-mobile locations couldn’t help me as I am a sprint legacy account & she found me the magic phone number to activate my SIM as a sprint member and stayed nearby in case I needed any more assistance. Truly the support I needed & I would not have a connected phone tonight if not for her help.
