I recently called Marina at Ted Hess's agency for a proposal on home insurance. The process was flawless. Marina responded immediately and the proposal not only saved me $400 on home insurance but $200 annually on my car insurance. Great customer service.

I can only say that I have had nothing but a great experience with Ted Hess StateFarm. His team are knowledgeable and are quick to resolve your problem.
I have to mention Debbie and Frankie who are part of the Hess team.
These 2 ladies are on point with answering questions and quickly assisting to help resolve any issues or concerns!

Marina of Ted Hess's State Farm Agency did a phenomenal job of assisting me with obtaining auto and renters insurance in Ft Lauderdale as I moved from Ohio. And as I learned quickly the insurance market in Florida can be much trickier than Ohio's. Thanks Marina

Marina at State Farm, saved me gobbles of dollars on my vehicle insurance. When I say gobbles, I mean she saved me hundreds per year, and now I am considering BUYING another Vespa. Do yourself a favor, and ask for Marina. She is the smartest and nicest person I have ever met in the insurance community and way better than the snarky goblins that work at Geico. Marina is Awesome! State Farm is Awesome! I finally can relax and rest assured knowing that all my insurance needs are met with State Farm. I love State Farm more than Geico and always will. Thank you Marina and Team.

I have been with Mr. Hess's office for more years than I can count. My recent experience with his new agent, Mark Wetherbee, has solidified my trust in their team, x100. Mark is not only the nicest guy I think I've ever spoken to, he's an exceptional insurance agent. He made the entire process effortless on my part. Mark took the time to understand my needs, answered all my questions, and provided multiple solution options. Tedd Hess is very lucky to have Mark on his team. I can’t recommend these guys enough.

I have been with the Ted Hess agency for over 25 years recently and foolishly. I went to another insurance company thinking I was saving money only to find out that most of my benefits were taken away, and this was not the policy for me, Mark Weatherbee Brought me back into the State Farm policy and explain the value that I was getting .
