Horrible time with leasing office. Scheduled tour at 4pm but arrived 40 minutes early. We asked our leasing agent if we could have the tour early and she said yes just take a seat in the lobby. We waited and were told by another agent that she went on her lunch break (that would have been nice to know). She returned at 4 and didn’t acknowledge us. We left at 4:05. Wasted almost an hour of our time on a nice Saturday afternoon. It’s too bad we couldn’t waste some of hers as well :/

Gavin was quick and professional fixing my sink, and the whole maintenance staff is friendly and helpful.The building just finished a bunch of upgrades to the public areas that give the place a cleaner, more modern feel, and they installed new closet systems in all the apartments. I am very happy with the results.The pool and gardens are gorgeous.The front office staff are really nice as well.A lot of people in their reviews are bitching about paying for the ‘Fetch’ delivery service. I was displeased with it at first, but I’ve come to really like it. First off, they don’t touch your actual mail - they only deliver stuff too big to fit in your mailbox. Second, they deliver right to your door. Third, you can choose for them to deliver as soon as possible, or in a delivery window of your choice - and you can choose to have stuff left at your door or require a signature. Well worth 20 bucks a month.Overall, a great place to live.

I’ve been living in The Manor since April of this year and have mostly had a decent experience overall. We are in a 7th floor unit (top floor) and had issues with our ceilings leaking during storms in both bedrooms and our living room. The issue was “fixed” by a vendor in April. Unfortunately, after another storm we had leaking in the same three areas which damaged furniture and left puddles of water on our floors.On 11/14 we informed The Manor of the leaking and were told a vendor would be there to repair the damage once the rain had stopped. It’s now 12/12 and the repairs have yet to start and another rain storm is on the way which will again cause leaking. I understand that it takes time to fix issues such as this, however it is extremely uncomfortable to sleep in a room with water falling near and onto my bed, brown stains on the walls, and the potential for mold. For paying $1500/mo., I’m pretty disappointed with the whole experience due to the lack of compensation or effort to assist.

Gavin in maintenance is always super quick to come when there are any issues and does the repairs great! Thank you! The staff here has been so nice and helpful.I recently moved and they are doing really nice renovations. They clean the pool in the mornings, make everything look nice and clean! Great place to live!Mrs. Lee is so kind and always willing to help on the spot!

Having called this apartment complex home for three years, my experience has been a mixture of positive and concerning elements. I must acknowledge the commendable customer service provided by maintenance and certain leasing office staff. However, it's crucial to shed light on the downsides: notably, poor security, instances of package theft, limited surveillance, and an unresolved dispute that remains unaddressed.For families and parents considering this complex for their college-bound children, a balanced perspective is essential. While some aspects are positive, the safety concerns and the lack of resolution for disputes raise valid considerations. It's advised to thoroughly evaluate these factors, keeping in mind the overall well-being and security of your college students before deciding on this living arrangement.

I lived in the building for five years in three different apartments and have seen some of the recent improvements they are making, and we are so excited for them.Recently, They painted all of the hallways, put in new flooring in the hallways, and added to the gym; overall, they do a great job of communicating What’s going on day by day.Lee, Michael, Victoria, and everyone in the office are always super helpful whenever we need them. I wish everyone would communicate like they do.Ricardo and the maintenance team are quick to respond. Super friendly and always helping. I was carrying something in the other day, and one of the guys who works here ran and grabbed the door for me without hesitation.
