WORST MOVING COMPANY EVER!! We used this company to move all our belongings from a 1st floor storage unit to a 3-story townhome. The experience was horrible! The movers were slow and lazy. They had no respect, nor care for our belongings. I have so many negative things I could say, but don't want waste more time on this. Do not use this company!! If you do you will regret it!!

Darrell , Mike, and CJ are awesome!!! They helped me soooo very much and were very courteous, on time and went above and beyond for me and my girls. I will definitely recommend them to any of my friends or family that need help moving.

How long does it take to get money from a claim that has damaged furniture? Well, I still haven't received a reply back from Miguel-the owner of Thoughtful Moving. I have made several calls to the business just to find out that I think my number has been blocked cause it just hangs up. I made a move from Pembroke Pines, FL to Pelion, SC in April 2022. To this day, I have NOT been paid for my damaged furniture. Before long, it will be 2 years without a response. I know that CSI has forward the paperwork for the claim to be paid, but still don't have my money in the amount of $259.27...This is a cheap amount to pay, but you get what you paid for. As for
Brian who delivered my furniture along with other employee's, is no longer there. I would like to get back those 2 broken solar light's that he took to show his boss-Miguel. What does it take to get this taken care of? So many message's left and emails too. If you have a new email address or phone number, it would be nice to talk. Otherwise, no point in continuing. Janet

Stole $660.00, complaint filed with Attorney General. They demanded a Zelle payment and then also ran our credit card charging us twice. Made threats and all around horrible owner who tried to hold our furniture hostage. We will get our money back, the bank is investigating for fraud. Do not under any circumstance take a chance and hire this terrible company.

I used them a few years ago and had a great experience, so I referred my parents, who had the same. Then last year, my mother used them again and they were terrible. They did not get reimbursed for any damages and still cannot reach the insurance company. I used them yesterday and it was horrible. The movers showed up nearly 3 hours late, which messed up the entire day. They did the move quickly but it is because I was organized and ready. However, they told me they would move my plants, then after the truck was loaded, only told me they would do so for an additional tip. They ended up moving the plants, but because they were late, I cut $100 out of the tip I had taken out of the ATM. Terrible communication. When they told me to call dispatch for the late arrival, the phones were forwarded to an employee who told me he has not worked there in over a year.

They only get 2 stars because I liked the guys who moved me at a personal level not a service level. Would not reccomend. Damaged my floors, no response from them when I followed up.

Bad experience here. First off, don’t be swayed by the politeness in the initial quoting phase, it’s all an act. Justin plays it to the tee. Once you actually move, the true person is revealed. To sum up this experience:-Un-trustworthy-Over charge from original quote-Charge you extra for driving-Broken furniture-Does not own own trucks uses u-hauls with different people all the time.-3rd party estimator horrible!!Never use this place!!

I have never left a bad review in my life but I had to for this one even though it occurred a while back. I chose this company to move because they claimed they only hired veterans (I should have done more research). Halfway through, they stopped and basically held the furniture hostage until I paid them, even though I had paid a $125 deposit. Long story short, the manager/owner overcharged me almost $200 more then I was originally quoted for the exact same amount of time and was extremely rude throughout. And my favorite: he demanded that I pay either cash or though cash app even though the deposit was maid with a debit card. I have no issues with the movers themselves be the management can go…

Had to move on short notice this past weekend.Anthony got everything set up quickly for me and explained everything thoroughly.My movers, Chico, Chris and Norman, did a phenomenal job of moving everything efficiently with no damage to any of my items.They even helped me get my living room all set up.Highly recommmend.

We were quite happy with the movers getting our heavy furniture from one house to another. But when we discovered that something was broken (our clothes washer drain hose became crushed - unfixable - had to be replaced and that they had hooked up the water lines backwards...) we no longer had that warm fuzzy feeling. The company claims to be licensed and insured with trained professionals.I called the company, first, to make sure I could place a complaint and ask for reimbursement, but was given an email address to use to place the complaint. I, then, emailed the company twice with my information and the pictures of damage and all I got in response was crickets. I explained that the money that was going to be charged to us to have it fixed was waived because of the warranty. But requested that we be compensated for having the inconvenience of needing to take our clothes to a laundromat until our washer was fixed.Apparently, once they get their money from you, they don't care about the condition of your stuff!

Our experience with Thoughtful Moving was absolutely amazing! Chris and Norman helped us move from our apartment to our new home, and they went more than out of their way to make our move completely seamless, easy, and extremely fast! They were attentive to each piece of furniture and box they moved, and thoughtfully wrapped each fragile item, such as our TV’s and glass entertainment shelves. They were also just great people - The conversations were flowing and they were both just absolutely genuine people which just helped the move breeze by even faster! We couldn’t have done our big move without them. Couldn’t recommend them more!

First of all SCAM ARTISTS!! stay away. I checked with veterans and they never even heard of them, nor have they EVER received a donation.See that's the sell appeal. I thought I was helping someone through using this company.They were supposed to be to me at 9am, showed up at 5:30 with a rented Penske truck! They didn't know how to load truck so of coarse they couldn't fit all my belongings.Now it's after 11pm and they hand me contract which is totally different than the one I have and $220.00 more, and they want cash when they told me credit cards were accepted. Tried calling Antonio who scammed me many times throughout the day and evening and only got voice mail.The owner Manuel is a joke, very unprofessional! They should all be arrested.The next day I call ELITE POWER MOVERS, they were awesome!! Arrived on time wrapped all furniture and were finished in less time than 2 hour quote which saved me $50.00

We were so blessed to have Chris and Robert help us move during a most catastrophic time for our friend. Not only did they get there on time they were so understanding, courteous and compassionate. They helped with every single inch!!! Absolutely professional and quickly. Angels on earth for us!

So, my moving date was scheduled in advance for October 26, 2022 at of between 12pm-2pm.When the 3 guys came, they looked exhausted. Completely spent.They arrived at 5:18pm and began working. I had packed my entire house. Now, I want to preface my comments with, they are probably great human beings.That said, my neighbors told me that they threw my furniture into the truck, while they wrapped my TV and my lamps, everything else was put on the truck without being “Thoughtful”.So, they reassembled my beds, one of the panels on my headboard came off. The drawers inside the back, bottom of my bed were not put back in, they lay in the floor. One went in well, the glide on the other drawer is broken and remains so.My blue desk is not steady, it’s rickety. One of my pink chairs is rickety and the back was pulled up, and I had to ply with it to get it down into position.I packed my own car with bags to speed up the move.My TV was removed from the wall. They left behind the bracket in the wall, first, because they had no tools, and second, they said they are not permitted. They did remove my sound bar, and dumped it into a basket.I don’t know if they both work because I’m waiting for Best Buy to reinstall.Lastly, the charged me for 3 men. One of the men left after 15-20 minutes. He told my neighbor that his daughter was sick. So, off he went into an Uber.I’m requesting a handyman toFix my damaged furniture. I’m requesting a refund for repairs if they refuse to send a reputable handyman to do the job. I also want a refund for the number of men who actually did the terrible move.If they fail to contact me, I will tak action against them for fraud.
