This T J Maxx is huge! They have a wide selection of literally everything. I keep finding the exact pieces I've been looking for when coming here, whether it is clothing, accessories, or home goods. The line seems to always move quickly which is a plus. Great deals here too!

Excellent product selection. You can pretty much find anything from clothes to jewelry to food to cleaning products at great prices. Manager was friendly too. Nice store

Tawanda the cashier was very unpleasant and unprofessional. If you’re going to hire people that are going to face customer make sure they are nice and friendly. I gave her my discount card and she threw it back at me and asked me whose card it was. I asked to speak to her manager and her manager instead of coming to talk to me and deescalate the situation just told her to process the transaction didn’t even come to apologize for her rudeness nor tried to make things better. After the transaction was done I told the manager to hire more friendly people both should be taught how to be in customer service or work somewhere ese where they don’t have to face clients.

Tried to walk in. Many shopping carts in my way at entrance. And I'm thinking with all the employees here and no one takes care of this.

Always am able to find weird or unique things. Many things that are found here are priced much lower than what you find online or sold in other stores. Picked up a new calendar for the year and a notebook. My daughter found a Halloween mug for tea. Karen picked out, what she and my daughter like to call, "show towels" for our kitchen as well. Lines were surprisingly short and check out was a breeze!

Terrible service, inadequate staff and management and inaccurate prices! If you’re planning to save money and do your next purchase at this store franchise, I would NOT recommend it.If I could put zero stars I would.
