Very accommodating and fair. The rental process itself was easy but then my reservation got canceled after checking in on it after purchase. I was able to reserve another truck right after and the woman I spoke with left a clipboard note that that truck was to be saved for me. I got the truck, did the move and brought it back. Rodney closed me out and I told him about some minor complaints and one issue which he was happily understood addressed and then took care of me for the Inconvenience. Great dude and same with the guy who originally got me the truck. Worrisome start then full on excellence the rest of the experience. Would recommend again. Note: these are job site trucks most of the time not moving trucks. Now I know debris is somewhat normal in this style rental. We made do and for the price and service well worth it.

Horrible customer service I placed an order for delivery. They cancelled the delivery on the delivery day. Sent me an email stating this and decided to reschedule for 5 days later!!! Do not use their delivery services!!!

Poor management! One register open with a line you'd expect at Times Square at Christmas. Three people standing by the one self serve and no one at a register. How dumb can you be?

I ordered a washer and dryer unit onlone it was delivered a few days later.it was brought in my front door.it would not fit into the closet where it was being installed. they to.d me ii would have to take off the door and put it in myself. the washer was left in the middle of my living room.I went to the store the next day and worked with a great clerk Ann that helped me by an item that would fit.she told me to go home and she would work on the return.she called 45 minutes later and told me she was on hold for 40 minutes to take care of the return.I can say she was fabulous.the order was su to be be picked up that following monday. I got a call at 129 and told they would be here in half an hour .at 302 I called and asked about the pick up.they told me we will be there in 30 minutes. at 407 I received a call from them saying friend we are here.i informed him that I'm not your friend and your quite late. he said whatever dude and took the applianceso much for customer satisfaction training HOME DEPOT DOES NOT GIVE GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE

It seems anytime I have a project I have questions Home Depot employees do their best to counter with whatever corporate pushes them to sell. Shout out to the Sunday crew at the paint department for giving me a great tip and being helpful and understanding. My bad for going back during the week to buy the paint and supplies I needed. Weekday staff ignored my questions, pushed me to buy the wrong paint and tried to convince me their roller/brush kit was better for my project than the off the shelf items. They seemed to act like they couldn't wait to get rid of me and didn't even give me a spatula while I was the only customer at that time. Home Depot has many things I regularly need though, so despite the always disgusting looking parking lot, their excellent organization and good selection may not stop me. Parking is tight at this location but there is more of it on an upstairs deck.

Max from kitchen cabinets was rude ! And too busy to assist me in picking out correct sized cabinets for my moms home. They directed me to Max! He stated I should of made an appt for basic in stock kitchen cabinets ! Won't go back ! Thanks for nothing Max!

Exceptional Service, Great Prices, and Organized Store - A Hidden Gem for Fan Shopping!I recently visited Home Depot with the intention of purchasing a fan, and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed. Having previously ordered one online, only to find it disappointingly small, I decided it was time to see what Home Depot had to offer. From the moment I stepped inside and asked a staff member about the fans, I knew I was in good hands.The employee promptly directed me to the designated fan section, where I found a diverse range of models to choose from. Considering I needed a fan for my bedroom, I opted for a medium-sized one. To my delight, the price was even more affordable than what I had seen on Amazon, despite the fan being larger.What impressed me the most was the store's exceptional organization. It was evident that the staff knew exactly where each item was located, making the shopping experience a breeze. If you need a truck or van rental and have time commitments to uphold, do yourself a favor and go to UHaul instead of Home Depot. Home Depot operates their truck and van rentals like an airport car rental company, where they'll give away your vehicle even after making a reservation and leaving you stranded the day of. Their only counteroffer is to come by in person hours before you need a vehicle and rent whatever is available and hold on it for hours longer than you need it; and you have to pay for the time you don't even need it for.I made a reservation for a cargo van 4 days prior to when I needed the vehicle, I paid the deposit and everything, believing I was set to go. I woke up the day of my reservation to an email that said my rental was cancelled because they were out of stock. I called the location and the rep said that yes, anyone can walk in and just rent one of their vehicles even if it's already reserved, and just because you have a reservation (with a confirmation email) doesn't mean you actually have a vehicle held for you. This left me scrambling to find a vehicle in a size I needed 3 hours before my scheduled pick up time on a weekend, leaving me with barely any options. I will never use home depot for this service again. I'll stick to the pros at UHaul.

The absolute worst. If it was not the closest one to where we live, we would never come here again. We asked three different people for help, no one was in any way useful much less friendly. Two of the three people simply walked past after we asked for help and said, they were busy. The last one, however, just continue to sauntered down the aisle and basically was just looking as if she was looking around and had no real aim.Completely unfriendly, completely unhelpful, and the parking is a total disaster.I guess if you just know what you want, and you can head there, this works for you. if for some reason you're going to need any kind of help, definitely would not recommend the spot.

What is there to say about this Home Depot? Parking is an absolute disaster, and they literally had one cashier line open, other than the longer line for self check out. Remember the old days when they used to have lots of cashiers so you could get out of there without 50 people on line to pay? Seems those days are long over, and it's just a completely understaffed store. Avoid.

I needed a new vacuum cleaner so I went online and I ordered one from this Home Depot, the process was easy and smooth, nice online website....within 15-20 min from placing the order I got a text saying my order was ready, so I asked for it to be ready for store pick up.I drove to the store and when I walked in, the line for Online order pick up was the same one as the one for Returns as well as Customer service...and it was 10 people deep !!!! I waited for about 5 minutes when a nice guy behind me, said, if you are picking up, you can go another area and they might be able to grab the item for you....I thanked him and as I walked away, I decided...I'm going to change to curbside pickup.So I got on the Manage order section of the email and I changed to Curbside. I moved my car to the curbside pickup section and I waited for my item.... I did not get a text or message about the item being at the curb, but I got an update saying the order had been already picked up....??!?!? I had not picked it up nor they had brought the item to my car. So I saw and employee at the curb and I went over to ask.... the employee asked...what did you order? I said a vacuum and he said.......it's right here....It was sitting in a cart on the curb.....with my name on it.......don't know for how long...but it was there....... I grabbed it and put it in my car...drove away.... They did NOT ask me for my ID.....that was not a good thing as anyone could have grabbed my item...Anyway.....Order Online and ASK for CURBSIDE PICKUP....It will be a lot quicker than pick up inside the store......

This is never been a great store, but today it was taken to a totally different level. I went and did my shopping which included a few cans of paint and other things. As I was checking out I go to put a quart can of paint into a bag only to notice that there are no bags there. I then asked one of the employees working if they were bags anywhere else to which they replied now we are all out of bags. No bags in the middle of the day on a Saturday! Because this is a smaller store parking is featured on two levels, so being a busy day I parked on the second level. I go to push the elevator button and nothing happens, push it again and again still nothing. So now I am forced to carry multiple cans of paint and a few other items Up a long set of stairs. As I reached the top I noticed that both elevators are broken on the top floor. This is the perfect example of why I prefer to go to the Home Depot over 10 miles away in the suburbs over going to the one only half a mile away from where I live! Really disappointed and frustrated!!

Home Depot is the worst place to buy appliances from. Bought a Frigidaire Stand up freezer from them. No I did not purchase the warranty. Had it delivered. Did an inspection on it. Looked good no dents no scratches. Put it in the garage. Not plugged in yet. Took us a couple days to get it where we wanted it. Got it put into place all plugged in. The next day went and filled it with food meat and what not. Woke up the next morning and the door was closed and everything was melted and defrosted. Immediately called Home Depot and was told that apparently we didn't read the fine print. Was put through the whole run around. Was told the new unit was being delivered that Friday and nothing ever showed up. Called and was told oh no no we have to send a maintenance person out to look at the unit that Home Depot will not replace it. So then we spent days on the phone with Frigidaire and they sent out a maintenance person who was super rude and he replace the seal. Now the unit is worse than it was before. We have not even had the unit for a month. Home Depot is a horrible company to buy from. Their customer service is horrendous. You can spend all day trying to talk to someone and put on hold and hung up on all day. I am throughly disgusted with Home Depot they are a bunch of unintelligent liars! I for one will only be shopping at Lowes from now on. Oh and Frigidaire stay away from their products to their customer service is just as bad.
