Simply amazing! My wedding reception was held here on 07/27/2024 in the a North Hall Room. Everything was perfect, Karyn is the absolute best. She helped us through the whole process. The decor was very nice and elegant. The food was delicious! It was a one stop shop with the food and decor package. I had an amazing time and this space was so clean and freshly decorated. They really went above my expectations and all of the workers are super sweet and extra helpful. I would definitely recommend this banquet hall. Thanks again Karyn you are the best and it was a please meeting you! ❤️

This hotel was perfect for our family reunion. The hotel staff, the banquet staff all were so nice and so helpful. The kids played in pool, they had props to take cool pictures. A restaurant lounge and bar. Huge porch patio. Banquet space clean and neat, provided us with bartender and good service.

A 5/5 STARS to this banquet hall! We hosted a Miami Vice birthday party with 72 people and the whole experience was stress-free. The event coordinators truly took their take on bringing my vision and the event to life. There was open communication with the coordinators from the beginning of planning to the day of the event. All paperwork and payments were processed promptly. Every detail was discussed from the light colors used to what time cleaning up would start. Since I even had family flying in, we reserved rooms with discounted prices for the family which included an early check-in. On the day of the event, the hall was decorated on time, giving us a chance to add additional touches with the decorations we brought in. The A/C in the hall was wonderful and it was never hot during the party. We created a copycat menu from Olive Garden and the guests were all satisfied with the carting services. The food portions were filling and the food was served hot. In addition, the hotel rooms for the guests were all clean with great A/C in the rooms as it's very important to have them in the middle of summer. Overall, this is a banquet hall to book for any event no matter the size of the party. The pricing is affordable and you truly work with professionals who know how to put an event together that will not disappoint. I would book here again without a doubt. Thank you, team!

Had a Repass here for my brother in law and Karyn and her team made the process so easy and stress free for us. They had all the tables and decor set up exactly as we discussed and a tv set up in the lobby of the hotel to give our guest direction to the banquet room. They were really patient and kind to us and went over and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our times there even though it was for an unfortunate event. I just want to thank them with this review and would definitely recommend this banquet hall to anyone who is looking to have an event. Also there was plenty of parking as well!!!

I celebrate my parents 50 Anniversay at Tropical Paradise and the staff was wonderful and very helpful . the food was great , and the Banquet Hall was very beautiful
